Add in a dimmed room and soothing music and you'll come out totally relaxed and refreshed. I've also been doing personal training with Molly and Hillary. As an older woman (60 yr), my sessions are tailored to my age and abilities. My mobility, stability, and strength have vastly improved. I feel better now than I have in decades. The studio is also exceptionally clean, which is really important to me. Whether you want a Thai yoga session, personal training, or group classes, you really need to check out Sphinx.
