If you choose to use him you need to work with the subcontractor directly so that liens cannot be placed on your property when he fails to pay. He used our company and now refuses to pay even though we have contacted the owner of property who said she was completely satisfied with our work. We have repeatedly email, called and even sat in his office waiting for payment and he still will not pay. The owner we put the panel in for reached out to him and while he claimed to her that he had paid everyone involved. He HAS NOT. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSY One star is way to many!

He broke the contract which was to finish in three and a half weeks. We expected there would likely be some possible delays but 40 weeks would exceed anyone's patience. We are totally dissatisfied with the situation. Besides not finishing, we didn't appreciate that he didn't reply to many emails and phone calls, made false promises and became abusive when complaints were made to the Better Business Bureau.
