As if it isn't bad enough that at just before 12noon on the Saturday morning right after Hurricane Matthew, I awoke to find a syndicated car talk show airing on your station. I wanted to hear about What's going on after Matthew had passed, updates, talk about the aftermath, a look ahead on what's next and all I heard was a man advising on a car starting problem to a caller. I turned over to WDBO and heard so much information still yet talking about this historic event and flipped back over twice b/c I had stayed out in Palm Coast during the storm but I wanted to get back to my property on beachside. Of course WDBO just wanted to talk about Orlando, like everyone else, but our so called "Hometown News" station had other things more important going on like saving money(?) I needed to know when the bridges were going to reopen or an update on beachside. NOTHING! I was so mad and completely let down by these news stations, specially WNDB for being in OUR area and had already cut back to normal programming at a time when people still needed to know things. Like where downed power lines are, police updates, speaking from public officials, Nothing from WNDB but WDBO sure had their hands full with back to back content. Thanks WNDB! Another thing while I am on it, I am totally and completely sick of your AM Morning news show. You have too many people at the round table. Shit you have people apart of your show that speak and come out of nowhere. You don't have a solid group. You have that woman that speaks here and there, guys who the hell are they? Dave seems to be the only official person I can depend to hear and is obviously an anchor personality. Then you have which is my most favorite stupidest part, The Volusia County Government Show about the county's shit that comes on at 8:30am. The stupidest time to cut away from a morning show. What's next WNDB, how about having a preaching show at 7:00am? If you want to replace anything take off that motherfucker Rush L. I hate that guy and I refuse to listen to that bitch. He is soo whinney and annoying. His time is over, that ship has sailed. Come up with something different. So, last night I saw bright lights in the sky in the early morning hours. Very bright flashes of what appeared to be coming from Holly Hill area. Not a cloud in the sky, no noise, just odd flashes that were unlike lighting. I soon saw a police car heading along beach street towards LPGA area. Then later in the morning around 11:30am 10/27/16 I heard sirens going crazy and the helicopter kept hovering over to what appeared to be somewhere around Seabreeze or Main St. area. In fear of my daughter at the High School or just curious whatever else happened. Now since I don't listen to this shitty station any longer b/c I can't depend on this station, I go to your joke of a website to see if any news has been posted about the flashes and now the whatever the many police and ambulances and firetrucks just drove by and a helicopter hovering, I thought at least by tonight you'd have something posted, NOPE! Nothing. Thanks WNDB. So while looking at this shitty site, I took notice of a few things, first, your website is so misleading and you stupid fucks are supporting a newspaper. Looks like I should just get my news from the paper not the radio. You have newsdaytonabeach.com. How dumb. From a marketing stand point, that surely doesn't make "WNDB" memorable or relate to your station at all to me. But ok not as big of a deal as these next ones. Contacts, Shows, Sales, anything that relates to your station, its programing or for the love of God people, how about a way to report news or ask you stupid fucks about a story? This site don't even have a clear way to get in contact with you. Such a lame, boring, un-user friendly among other things, site you have. You have NOTHING to help advertisers contact you, listeners, nothing. No contact page, no address, nothing. Man, I guess this station is tight. You people have a lousy site. I think you do however do a good job on a lot of things, what news you do post is usually prompt and good and I enjoy Leslie, but do you ever think that maybe your shitty website with just news articles, some people might think that's a reflection of your station. You don't have contact page, station information nothing but news articles. Makes your station look cheap, unprofessional and not on the ball. I just can't take it if you're trying to listen online then don't bother.!!! Apparently the chief engineer there that doesn't know a damn thing. If you listen online they have an amplifier somewhere that is over driving and when they conduct interviews or get an outside feed from somewhere it cuts out and you can't hear a thing. I've tried contacting the station to inform them and there has been no results and I'm sure it's just a matter of turning down a gain knob somewhere. IDIOTS read more
