I went there on a Monday to prep my rv for a trip and the facility was locked.... no access. A sign on the gate said now closed Sundays and Mondays. What?!!! Every time I am there the office is closed, during office hours. The old manager was a local person who was always available and went out of his way to help you and worked hard to keep the facility clean. If there were another facility with covered rv parking in the Kern River Valley I would look into changing.

She was always polite, professional, kind and provided excellent customer service! There was a temporary problem with the gate, however, I never had an issue gaining entrance as Gloria was able to immediately assist! I felt the monthly rate was reasonable for the large unit and the property was always clean and well maintained! I highly recommend Lake Mini Storage!

And on top of everything, she refused to send my security deposit to my current address. If the owner is reading this, you should probably replace Gloria. She seems to hate working with people and has terrible communication.
