Hard to call it a nursery. Anyway, we got an expensive tree and paid to have it planted. Seven months later it was dead. This business was nasty about replacing it but finally did so with yet ANOTHER planting FEE. Again, within seven months, we had amongst all of our very green healthy plants and trees a large DEAD BROWN tree. I called them to have it replaced and they said, again, in nasty rude tones, that they wouldn't and It wasn't their policy to replace a poor product a second time. They said we must have bugs. Thing is, none of the other plants or trees in our yard know there are bugs and are healthy and happy. If we have bugs, they came with the tree we bought. WE ARE NOW OUT $240. I've taken pictures of the tree with all the healthy vegetation around it. I've also taken a video which will be posted on YOU TUBE. I am now going to cut this very dead brown tree down, mount it upright in my truck bed with a banner explaining where anyone who wants, can buy this sort of product with this sort of non warranty.

The packaging is eh well let's just say~ poor, very poor. Compared to other boutiques that go out of their way to make sure you're awed when you open their packages. My last purchase went bad from the get go. When they kinda acknowledged it was their fault; they did get it out the next day. I told them it was a gift and reminded them of it again when I spoke to them. I asked if they would gift wrap it. Well it looked worse than a preschooler would have done. If I hadn't been in such a hurry to rewrap it and get it in the mail to my friend who's birthday was a week prior~I would have taken a picture. They aren't even friendly when you call the store. I believe they have their own clientele they cater to. Too bad they don't treat everyone that way. They have no idea I have a house in Palm Beach on the Water. They don't know who I know. It's a real shame.
