On Friday and Saturday nights in the lounge, there is live music from 6-9pm. You can just order drinks and enjoy the music in the lounge, but you're gonna want to try the food too-it's yummy! Several other customers appeared to hear her as well. As a paying customer, I expect employees to remain respectful and professional, regardless of how busy or frustrating their shift may be. The food may be good, but customer service and attitude matter just as much. Experiences like this make me think twice about ordering from there again. Management should do a better job training employees on professionalism and customer interaction, especially in a public setting where guests can clearly hear everything being said.

The hostess finally noticed and asked if anyone had taken my order; so she took my order herself. There were only about a dozen customers. The volume from the TVs was earsplitting (sports.) Mens room was out of towels, and the electric hand dryer didn't work. No one came by to offer a second drink until I was paying my bill (too late.)
