    Udon Noodles
    Jennifer J.

Great concept for a fast-food place. I love how your dish is customizable to exactly how you want it. Food is made fresh and you can even watch them make it. I ordered the Udon Noodles with chicken and mixed vegetables. It was piping hot and tasty. Be sure to mix your food well cause the sauce can easily settle to the bottom since everything is so hot. Also be mindful, this restaurant is meant to be a place to grab and go, so you won't find tables here. They do have seats and a bench to inhale your food, but this isn't a place to linger for long.

Wok to Walk is a nice place to go to when you need an easy meal to fill you up for the remainder of your day in Barcelona. It is a place specifically catered to Asian stir fry, and it is easy to order what you want in your stir fry. All you need to do is list off what type of things you want from the type of noodles, to toppings, and sauce. It would benefit them to use more touch screens to make things easier for the customers, since this is located in a popular tourist area and therefore, not everyone will know enough Spanish to explain what they want to the cashier. One of my friends backed up the line because she was having trouble speaking Spanish, and with the already packed crowd inside the small area that can make the process of getting the orders out a lot more complicated. Additionally, one of my other friends had a peanut allergy and politely asked one of the chefs if they can make her food without peanut oil or peanut related products, to which the chef responded rudely and basically said that there's nothing she can do about it. Thankfully, the manager of the place stepped in and do what my friend wanted. The food itself was very delicious! I remember the noodles being so hefty, that I couldn't even finish half until hours later. This is definitely a meal for the end of the day or if you're trying to save money and want something to keep you full for a long time. Overall, while this place can get extremely crowded and tough to navigate, the food makes up for it all. As long as you have the patience to wait for it.

This was pleasantly interesting. Its like Cava with the pick your own food items, meats, and sauces, but for asian food, especially stir fry ready foods. Everything is cooked in a huge wok over the breath of the dragon. The meal has a savory smokey grilled stir fry flavor, which is refreshing and delicious. You xan add your own taste in sauces to your meals, i added japanese street teriyaki sauce. The price was affordable and everything is cooked in real time. I really wish they had one of this in the States, it would be a huge hit for a healthier and fresher take on chinese take out.

Veggie Wok - rice noodles, no noodles - no egg.

Best lunch en Las Ramblas. ~$10€ for a cartonful of noodles or rice and veggies. Rice, whole wheat or udon noodles? White or brown rice? Neither? No problem. Lots of veggie options. Lots of sauce options. Vegan tip - egg comes standard. Just say "No... huevo (whey-voh)." I opted for rice noodles, no egg, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and cashew with the hot Asian sauce (3.5 spicy out of 5). Do it! But good luck finishing. Portions are substatial! BTW - service is excellent and as fast as can be expected when you come in for the lunch rush like we did.

Here you can customize your own noodle stir fry with your choice of noodles, protein, vegetables and sauces. If you're a little sick of paella but still craving carbs give this place a try! I've ordered the chicken, shredded beef, mushroom, and broccoli with egg noodles. Overall a very solid combination. Tip - you can combine multiple sauces! I combined the Tokyo and Saigon which went well together. If you're starving you'd might be able to finish an entire order, otherwise they definitely give you enough for 2 meals.

White rice with shrimp veggies and extra mushrooms with black pepper garlic sauce.

Good food great price and sometimes you just need that comfort food type of meal while on vacation. its fast food and not a sit down type restaurant. that being said the rice was good the noodle was not traditional style but almost like a linguine noodle. I got the egg mixed veggies, added mushrooms and shrimp. choose the black pepper sauce and enjoy. it was the better choices this trip because it was reasonable, you got too much to finish in one sitting and it was quick.

Fast delicious Asian food. In a city where they mainly serve carbless tapas it was finally nice to have some carbs. Well flavored. Restaurant is small and tight and seats are usually full.

BEST NOODLES IN TOWN BY FAR! alwaysbpacked full of people cause of the delicious quality and seamless service! It's like a subway/panda express in one, but waaaaaay tastieeerr than both!

This place serves fresh tasty food and one box is enough for two average eaters to share if you want to change it up from the tapas.

One of the few places along Las Rambla that I would recommend for fast, cheap food on the go. It's right next to the market I just reviewed and has in door seating but does takeout too. The food was very tasty and filling, great for when you're walking around sight seeing all day. You basically build your own dish by picking what noodle/rice base, then add the sauce and desired meat and veg, and voila! Costs between 6-10 Euro depending on what you go for.

The basic idea is you pick your starch (4 or 5 types of noodles or rice) and then your protein and veggies and then your sauce and they wok it up then and there. It takes less than 5 minutes from the time you order till you get your take away container. There is some counter space for eating in. It's a fast Asian food place more or less. And, sometimes we all need something other than tapas and paella. Located in the heart of the popular / touristy part of La Ramblas.

Depending on your mood lol. At the time, it was a 4 star simply that being on the road for almost 2 weeks with no Asian food (on purpose), so really needed this from the motherland--knowing the staff is totally non-Chinese lol. But it's better than average at best compared to Vancouver. Noodles didn't have the right texture or saucy enough. Nice to see it's cooked right in front of you. The fried onions were the highlight lol Value is good if not adding all the extras like I did as per pic. This is almost $15 Canadian ;( And still cool to eat out of an easy to hold box container lol Located right at entrance of market so don't sit on the outside like I did, a few panhandlers who didn't have a problem standing right beside you. Business-wise, this is a great concept, in & out with lower overhead.

We were a group of 6 and got their combo menu for 5-6 people. It was the right amount of food for us. It also included drinks, soup base and sauce bar. There was a great variety, and the ingredients were fresh. They do not have AYCE option here. There is a sauce bar and the side dishes (kimchi and cucumber salad) plus fruit (cherries) are unlimited. The service was really good. The table for our group of 6 was a bit tight but they have semi-private spaces for larger group. The restrooms were individual stalls and fairly clean. We came on a Tuesday evening and the place was busy. We made a reservation online a few hours in advance.

Not sure if this place has any relation to the Liuyishou Hotpot chain but looks like it's pretty legit. They have a membership plan that you can sign up for & gives discounts off your meal price. We didn't inquire more about the membership since we aren't locals & don't know when the next time we'll be back haha. Broth is ~€14, regardless of whether you decide to get one singular broth, two split broths, or if you were to get 4 different broths. It is about €4-5 if you opt for the individual hotpots. Ordering is done via QR code assigned to each table, & can order drinks from CoCo Bubble Tea from QR Code, as well. We ordered two drinks from Coco & they brought the drinks over to us from down the st. We ordered the angus beef, sirloin, lamb, quail eggs, enoki mushroom, veggie set, fish, roe bag fish balls, and more. For broths, we did four: pork bone, chicken, golden, & tomato. My favorite was the chicken broth! They also have a sauce bar for €1.80/pp. Our meal total was supposed to be ~€150, but they applied a discount in which the final total was €116! We ended up ordering an extra two plates of meat & we were able to take it to go. We cooked the rest of it there & it is €0.20 per container. Overall, not too shabby meal! It ended up being a lot better than I expected. I would come back again ;) Staff was very kind and helpful.

Most of the menu already is or can be adapted to be gluten-free. All ordering is via a QR code at your table, and you must connect to their WiFi in order for it to work (Mobile Data not allowed!), the online ordering was easy and had an allergen/notes option, it also automatically recorded my table number so there was no scrambling trying to find that. It also had an English language option. I ordered the King Pao Chicken with some meatballs and rice, the portion sizes were large, and I would say that this is the ideal place to come as a group, and order multiple dishes to try. The food came out very quickly after ordering. I was also given a soy sauce for my table but was not advised if this was gluten-free or not. The chicken was really good and tasty, with good quality meat and veggies. It was advised as spicy, but I didn't get any spice at all. I still enjoyed it though but would have liked it to have more of a kick. The beef meatballs were really good, and the sauce was nice, they were big and tasty, although I wasn't a huge fan of the mushrooms. They were also piping hot. The rice was poor, it was stuck together and didn't taste good at all. For my drink, I had their fresh lemon iced tea, this was fairly nice and I ended up ordering another. The interior looked good, but the chairs weren't particularly comfortable. Chopsticks were provided by default but the staff were happy to provide me with a knife and fork on request. 4* - Many positives for sure, being able to get gluten-free Chinese food alone is rare, let alone when it's pretty good too!
