His response was that he decided to increase the prices. We explained that two days prior we were provided a quoted price by the owner. He said he calls the shots not the owner. We were in a bind so we paid the higher price. When we notified Doug that we were vacating the unit he was rude. He is not a good people person and would not be someone that I would want representing my business. Anyway, good luck. Just beware.

So Me sure that all the boys were all set and I had to leave my home and live in my car, and in my car was constantly broken down.So getting a job was and has been extremely difficult.I got behind in my storage unit payments in order to get it, I had to receive help. From my church to begin with, but with that being said, I kept in contact with them and emailed them and let them know that when I did have money, they would be my first priority, everything that me and my children owned was in that storage unit. Well, they clearly didn't care, regardless of the fact that when it was unlocked, I was there almost every day because I had to get clean clothing and put my dirty clothing in there, I was living in my vehicle, I'm still homeless and still struggling and they auctioned off my belongings. So I no longer have anything everything that I worked.My butt off for 10 years is a single mother is now gone.I don't even have 3 days worth of clothing on my children's belongings.Everything was auctioned off. I understand that it is my bill and I'm responsible for it, but I was not abandoning it.And I would have paid it the moment I had the money in hand the day it was auctioned off I contacted them and said that I would pay my balance , but that day that it was sold , it was gone ironically. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN.OBTAIN A STORAGE UNIT i had bags of dirty clothes in there that I could have taken and washed, but they were probably just throwing away every thing that I worked my tail off for on my own is gone.And they couldn't have cared less. They were going to get my important documents and personal belongings and very important people in my life passed away and I had certain flower arrangements from their services that I never got back and literally now I have nothing to my name, everything that I acquired Uber the last 10 years is now gone. They couldn't have cared less. If I had abandoned my unit and didn't conversate with them or email them to let them know I could see and I would understand but now, on top of living out of my car, I don't even have clothing or my toiletries a lot of things I had in there, I had bought bulk. Up so that I wouldn't have to buy them being homeless, everything that I paid for and collected. All my clothing on my kids, toys, laptops. All of our decorations, for every holiday, everything is gone.I wouldn't recommend these guys to anybody
