My Estate Planning experience with the firm was with Gregory Matalon and Erik Olson. Our initial meeting was a thorough explanation on their part of the options available to my wife and myself in planning for our retirement and beyond. We were counselled to consider just what the future might bring and the various contingencies that we must think through. They then, via email, fielded several questions we had. Once our decisions were made the needed documents were prepared in a timely manner and the signing of the documents was handled in a serious and professional manner. Their fee was reasonable for the work provided and both my wife and I feel a sense of resolution and security.

With this in mind, the executor was not adequately shepherded through the process. Monthly or quarterly bills not presented, and the executor did not know to ask for them. The entire proceeding was so misfortunate and how I wish we could turn back time and choose another firm...a decent one with nice people.
