Established in 1787.

1777 wurde der Krugbrief vom dänischen König erteilt und im 1787 kaufte die Familie Wolters das Anwesen. In der 7. Generation übernahm der jetzige Inhaber Heinrich Wolters den Gasthof und baute ihn mehrfach um. Aus dem ehemaligen Landgasthof wurde ein Restaurant mit 120 Sitzplätzen und einer großen Speisekarte. Das Ziel ist aber immer noch einfache, solide Küche für Jedermann.
