I got a cab from 2 blocks south of the coop to shift imaging on south end. it's 4.4 km I was charged 24.84 so you might as well say 25.00. that pretty much robbery. was not impressed and there was little to no traffic. i took a different cab company home same distance 17.00 read more

I booked and confirmed a cab the night before for a 6:30 AM pickup to the Cold Shot bus station. No driver showed up. When I called, they were already late, and their delay caused me to miss my bus and lose $150. A company that cannot honor a confirmed reservation is completely unreliable. I will never use this service again. read more

30 min before my can was to show up they called to push it back and after I told them I would be late for work she said she couldn't help.

They are a reliable and safe cab service, and their drivers are incredibly kind to my kids, always putting their safety first. Oh my gosh!!!!! This review is truly from the bottom of my heart. I was at a very low spot in my life and I reached out to this company more for advice and direction to help me get out of a very ugly spot. These lovely ladies went out of their way to accommodate me and Angel the owner, who truly was my angel that day, came to my rescue and gave me a not only a ride but an understanding sounding board to someone who I truly felt cared.
