From the extremely friendly and supportive nurses and supporting staff; to the exceptional therapy that she is receiving, and even the quality of meals, just everything has exceeded our expectations. There were times it took longer than I felt necessary to have the call bell answered. The toilet plugged 2 times during his stay and the second time it was reported numerous times. I would have thought the smell alone would have gotten their attention. Always replied they would tell maintenance but did not seem to be a priority. The food was 5 star plus and the service could not have been better. The programs and physical therapy were good. In conclusion Wellbrooke should be proud of the caring staff they have.

I have gone to Dr. Galanes since I was a little girl and continued to follow her from doctors office to doctors office like a loyal patient (even after moving out of town). I was always happy with Dr. Galanes and just tried to look past how rude the staff is there. Today is Tuesday and I received a voicemail saying "just to let you know you have an appointment scheduled this Friday and unfortunately we are going to need to cancel that appointment. It looks like you are actually being dismissed from our practice. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 335-8500 thank you..." I, of course, called after being told I can no longer go to the same doctor anymore and was told well that would mean I can't get my prescription refilled and I immediately am done taking the same medicine I've been taking since high school and I need to find a different doctor... pretty much saying I'm not their problem anymore! After back and fourth phone calls all day and different stories as to how they came to this decision. I pretty much found out the office got audited in some way because of prescription they have been prescribing (I'm guessing the wrong way) and now pretty much are just going to get rid of the patients they must have messed up the paperwork on. The whole situation is very strange to me and I just want to warn any future possible patients to please reconsider because this office only thinks of you as a number and not a person anymore. They will try anything to put the blame on you whenever they mess anything up...
