As good as it gets!" ??? :) I've seen Dr. Lovegrove for two years now and she always makes me feel very comfortable. She has great bedside manner and it's evident that she makes an effort to familiarize herself with the patient on a personal level (she has on record what I'm studying and how many years I have left, etc.). The only negative I have to say is that my appointments generally last at least an hour. Or rather, my time in the office does. They're quick to move you from the waiting room to a private room but the time between the nurse taking your stats and seeing the Dr. can be quite awhile. Although I think this is probably attributed to the excellent and thorough patient care so I don't mind. I would (and DO) highly recommend Dr. Lovegrove.

She introduced me to her niece who also happens to have DS and put all my fears to rest. I will never let anyone else take care of my girl business!!! Love them!!!

I had the text message to prove that I had confirmed my appointment. 15 minutes later there was nothing that could be done. No one they could ask. There is no way to get past the crappy front desk staff. Due to the crappy way I was treated, I am now shopping for a new doctor.

While we were wrapping up, the PA called out to the receptionist and told her I have to reschedule my appointment because I was late. The receptionist even told her that we are almost done with my paperwork but she insisted I have to reschedule. It was 8:16am when this happened and my appointment was scheduled for 8:15am. Still can't believe this just happened! I used to love this office but I will never come back here again.

Dr. Tomjack is the worst OBGYN I ever had! My first pregnancy was an absolute nightmare! He didn't…read moredo routine tests that would have eliminated much of my problems. He was rude and uncaring and called me a liar. He wouldn't even speak to my boyfriend bc we weren't married yet and he didn't agree with my "lifestyle." He delivered my baby and when he saw that he wasn't alive, he walked off and let the nurses deal with trying to save my baby. The nurses saved my baby, but barely. Also, it's good to see he is affiliated now with St. E's. I wanted to have my baby there and he said he didn't have privileges there. I later found out it was just inconvenient for him. He finally came to see me a few days later and acted like nothing had ever happened. Maybe he has an evil twin? PS. My neighbor had him and she said he always accused her of being drunk. She wasn't married either.
