I got an offer in the mail so i sent a check for $29.99 for 25 issues on august 28/2025. it is December 24, 2025 and i never got anything. i wrote to the BBB, but they didn't answer to the bbb. i wrote to them 6 emails and they keep saying they made a mistake and i should read their magazine on line. they stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not ever send any check or credit card!!! they will steal your money!!! just read it on line read more

If could give no stars I would have. Terrible company to work with, Used to buy magazine in store. Tried to get it home, they send deals, then never live up. Keep your money for a month, make interest on it, then when you threaten, or we'll send your money back. Magazine publishers are the worst. would not use this magazine to wipe my butt. read more

They lost my address information. I followed up weeks ago to confirm they had all my info correctly since it had been 2 months since signing up. The rep said they had all of the information and should expect my first issue around 4/20/26. I followed up today, 4/21/26, and the rep I spoke to could not even pull up my order. She made me give my check number and said the account was under a PO Box. I told her to cancel my subscription since I was not going to go through this again where you don't get your issue and have to follow up and then it is delayed another 6 weeks. She would not allow me to cancel and said it was non-refundable. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she said they were all busy. I insisted and was transferred to someone who I could barley understand their accent (it was also difficult understanding the rep I had just spoken to). This supervisor was no help at all. Would not answer my question why Woments World lost my information and would not allow me to cancel. I do not recommend ordering a subscription. You will miss issues and have a terrible experience with customer service when trying to resolve. read more

I had a subscription to Celebrate ( A Woman's World Magazine) years ago and suddenly stopped receiving it after I paid for another year. I tried to figure out how to contact them but couldn't find any info. The magazine just disappeared and I thought it had been discontinued. I finally gave up and called it a loss. Then this year, I saw the magazine and discovered it never went away! I finally found a contact and sent an email. They got back to me but said that they had sent me all the issues I had paid for. I have proof they did not. When I told them this, they stopped responding. I have tried several times and nothing. They owe me about $25 for a year's subscription. It's not worth contacting the BBB so I will leave negative reviews instead. Do not do business with this company! read more

I am totally disgusted with the Costumer Service provided to my 97-year-old mother. All she wants is her weekly magazine to read, do the crossword puzzles and pass it on to her daughter. She sent her renewal check back in October 2022 and she has never received one copy since December. For her to make ongoing phone calls, denied access to speak to a supervisor is disgraceful. At this point, I call it abuse on a frail elderly individual resulting in mental anguish. It may be a small amount of money for you, but it is a lot for someone her age. Multiple times she has been told they are in the mail......it is almost March 2023. There is no excuse for Reps to be disrespectful to an elderly client. I have called on her behave and the run around I received is appalling. She has been a customer for years and this is the treatment you provide. Customer Service is horrific. read more

My subscription just auto renewed on my credit card. I DID NOT sign up for auto renewal. When I tried to sign in to my account, it said my password wasn't valid. I checked "forgot password" and was told I would receive a code in my email. Never received the code after three requests. I like the magazines but usually never receive 3-4 per year and the timing of when they are received is often sketchy. I don't know if it's a problem with the mail or the magazine isn't keeping their deadlines. The service sure has gone downhill over the past few years. read more

I renewed my Women's World magazine even though I had some missing copies because I liked the magazine. They were quick to take the payment but after a month of not getting an issue, I called & was told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to make the labels?? I finally go one issue & even though it was damaged, I assumed I'd continue to receive it weekly as was paid for. Two weeks went by & still no magazine so I called again. Long story short, 5 calles about missed issues, excuses like publishing delays because of Covid & staff/warehouse shortages, mailed so it must be my post office, no idea why I didn't get it, etc. One person appologized & said she would mail out my 3 missing issues but it may take 4 to 6 weeks to receive ( funny because if I'm not getting one weekly, why would I expect to get 3 at one time?) & of course, I never got them! It's going into a new week & I haven't received last week's. One representative told me the other representative shouldn't have told me about staff shortages due to Covid-19 because it isn't true & she's a manager so she should know! After a final offer to extend my subscription which should now take me to the beginning of November, I'll take what I can get & NEVER order again. I had Bern buying them at the grocery store, but they upped the price from $1.99 to $2.99 so I won't pay that much thinking I'm supporting a pretty good magazine with HORRIBLE customer service!
