He has loved all of his teachers, and I appreciate all the time and attention they give him. From letting him help be the class reader, to finding lots of science projects to keep him engaged and busy! My toddler has also been here since he was 6 weeks old and loves his teachers in both the infant and toddler classroom. It's the cutest thing going home with artwork that your infant worked on. Each…read moreday, there is a report that comes out about the child's day - what they ate, whether they napped or not, and general information about activities. The teacher, Ms. K, kept filling out that our child was eating ALL of the food provided but he would deny that, saying he didn't like the food. We kept asking for an accurate report of what he would eat so we can plan accordingly and if needed bring in other foods. After the next two days of false reporting and not getting any accurate information from the teacher, we started packing foods for him to take. The facility then told us that they were offering him his foods but he would be starving at the end of the day and his lunch box would still be FULL, not one item eaten. After the fourth day of him not getting enough food and being extremely cranky at pickup, we got fed up and insisted that they ensure he eats, especially since we are providing an entire lunchbox for him daily. We packed him extra food for his fifth day just to ensure he would get enough throughout the day and they offered it all to him for BREAKFAST so when it came time for lunch, he again did not get adequate intake. Throughout this whole process, they DID NOT CARE, they kept saying it was an "accident" or that they would work on it making sure everything accurate. But just like anything, when it's starts on lies, it's hard to believe anything else. We had to involve RCOE and RCOE ended up filing a report with CPS over neglect and false reporting. The police were informed and the case is being investigated. Due to these concerns, we decided to remove him from the school for his safety. Even with everything that has happened, the school refused to be flexible on their 4 week cancellation policy and are insisting that we pay for the remainder of the month even though he will not be there. There is no understanding, just another money hungry facility.

If they could some how expand their services to include smaller ratio classes for children with special learning, developmental and behavioral needs then we would continue to have our daughter attend but our daughter needs extra care and attention that right now the school cannot accommodate.
