Their menu highlighted Movenpick ice cream, waffles, and paninis. My husband and I each grabbed a waffle with a scoop of Movenpick (creme brulee). Usually, there is only one flavor of waffle to chose from - normal. However, this place offered a apple cinnamon waffle. The waffles are pre made and left waiting for someone to pick them. My husband's was warm, but hadn't asked for his to be reheated, and I chose the apple cinnamon which I had reheated on the grill. The reheating made all the difference. I was really enjoying mine, and while my husband liked his, it wasn't as good. The reheating made all the difference in the world. The ice cream itself was Movenpick perfection. Also, extra kudos for extremely friendly service done with a smile. Unfortunately, the person behind the counter, and our server, did not speak any English...and we didn't speak German. And the menu was in German. So we really struggled to order our breakfast. But they were friendly, and we did manage to order something that we were okay with. However, in hind sight, we should have just stood at the counter and pointed to something in the display case to get the pastry or egg dish we wanted. Oh well, maybe next time!

Also cream cheese is a strange pairing with this dish, something like ranch would have been better. The only redeeming quality was the bacon was perfectly crisp. The cappuccino Dihei was just the boost of caffeine I needed but when I read orange zest as part of the ingredients, I was expecting like finely grated orange, not a thick slice of orange peel hanging off of the cup.
