If you ever need help with anything they are there and will solve issues so quickly. Mellisa is the absolute sweetest person and gets you set up with everything. The apartments are so clean and beautiful. Sure, this place isn't new but it is well kept. There are always people cleaning, maintaining the property, and making this place look so beautiful. I love my apartment and they provide pest control and maintenance is there for any needs you may have. When I moved in I was expecting it to be a little less than perfect since it's a cheaper price point but I'm telling you everything was cleaned to perfection. It's very simple living here, perfect for one to two people, maintenance is attentive (which is rare these days), and the property manager Alicia is very sweet. Price-wise I'm very happy and it correlates nicely to the surrounding area. The absence of a dishwasher and an in unit washer/dryer is one of my few complaints for my unit, the flooring is prone to peeling from light damage, and the only coax panel is in the living room. The complex is close to the road so you will hear slight road noise at night but it's minimal at best. There's onsite laundry and a mailbox which pairs nicely with the complex. The few neighbors I've met were in good spirits and the surrounding neighborhood is safe. There's also a Circle K right behind the complex so basic necessities are available. The complex is in close proximity to nearly everything which is a huge bonus for shopping. All in all, I love it here and am glad to have found this place. Come see for yourself!

Our quiet enjoyment did not exist the entire 12 months we were there because of the knocking on the kitchen wall from the inside water pipes that were not correctly put into place and every time the upstairs people use their water our walls constantly knocked, and when we brought our video recordings of every night and day with this issue to management, nothing was ever done about it. They said they were going to fix it when the residence Upstairs moved out and they would get a plumber in which never happened. New people moved in. They replaced their carpeting which the optics of that just alone was horrible and they never had a plumber. Go upstairs and fix the problem after the new people moved in the problem still existed and My Son and I had to listen to knocking on the walls every day and every night. On top of that you pay a $95 lifestyle fee, which includes a gated community and the gate was wide open for four months. That's how long it took them to get the gate Repaired.,other several issues arose like the spare tub in My Son s room would not empty and the sink was leaking in the kitchen and when My Son opened up one of the doors in his bathroom, it just fell right off the hinges then in my master bath I had a foul smell coming from underneath the sink where I had to put air fresheners there because no one knew where it was coming from. Then the washer broke down and My Son and I had to wash our clothes in the sink. This apartment complex. When there are two people on the lease, ALL parties should receive ALL correspondence. They switch apartments after they are assigned on a signed and executed lease. Then when you call relentlessly, they dodge calls and become evasive. They only get away with this because it's Florida and they are dealing with students. Never again!
