She is the hygienist that took exceptional care of my teeth, making the cleaning process seamless. One thing I really liked was how she provided flossing tips alongside an easy-to-follow demonstration; her experience is evident and much appreciated, especially considering how daunting visits to the dentist can be! My parents ended up visiting Dr. Jonathan for cleanings, fillings, and wisdom teeth removal(s) - all of which were quick (yet thorough) and painless - merely depicting the Stern Office's ability to create a comforting environment that will encourage you to visit their office for regular cleanings or any of your other dental needs! There is NEVER a wait (I have been here three times in the past 2 months, both my friends have had appointments, and there have never been any waits for longer than 5 minutes) 2. They have ODA pricing which is what most dental plans will cover. Despite the fact that this office is in Toronto, there is no random other superficial up-charges for normal services. (This was the main reason I initially chose this dentist). 3. They do an excellent job! My teeth were cleaned really well, the hygienist (who's name escapes me, but she was fantastic) was so friendly. They also run specials and promos (I got my annual exam and teeth cleaning and they threw in a free whitening session). 4. Appointments are super easy and correspondence is super quick! Their secretary Stacey does a great job to help fit appointments in ASAP and at times that work for you. 5. They have after work and weekend hours! I have officially made the switch to this super convenient and awesome dental office!

This time, I am very disappointed with their service and I find it to be a problem, that a dentist comes in for a consultation without any reasonable cause. My son is just a student and he had to pay from his own pocket that insurance didn't cover. I decided to change my clinic.

Whether it's specialized x-rays, braces or cosmetic dentistry, she has all the best surgeons merely a text msg away. My life long dentist before getting the referral to Dr.Deni made tons of bad judgement calls on my teeth (as someone who has struggled with requiring intense dental work since I was 7 yrs old). Trust me when I say you need a GOOD dentist -- and Dr. Deni is a GREAT dentist! FYI. I live in both Toronto and San Francisco. It is a modern and nicely decorated clinic. This clinic has 2-3 dentists. My dentist only works here every Tue since he works on Steeles Ave W the rest of the days. They have a knowledgeable receptionist. My dentist charges reasonable prices (some clinics charge extra). He doesn't do unnecessary dental work. He uses a dental assistant during his dental work. Before the pandemic, the waiting room had enough seating for 4 people. They also gave out free lip balm and green apples. Since the pandemic, there are only 2 chairs, the waiting room is almost barren, and there are no free handouts. The receptionist desk has plexiglass all around it, and there is hand sanitizer on the counter. During pandemic times, you are asked a few questions a few days before the appointment, then you have to answer the same questions when you arrive for the appointment and sign a waiver. You must wear a face mask the entire time until you sit in the dental chair. During pandemic times, there is a heavy duty HEPA filter air cleaner in the waiting room, and in each dental room. After each patient, all their masks and gowns are thrown out and the room closed with newly installed plexiglass doors. The room is emptied for a few mins while the HEPA filter air cleaner cleans the entire room of any lingering droplets. The rules are that if you don't have such an air cleaner, you cannot use the room for 3 hours. So it is cheaper to but an industrial quality air cleaner. The dentist wears a N95 mask and a face shield. Unfortunately it means his voice volume is at 50% of his normal volume. There is free WiFi. Each patient room also has a 32" Sony TV installed above you so you can watch it during dental work. The handle dental insurance claims. You still have to pay first but the submit the claim for you (some people may delay submitting the claim).

For minor cavities, she always suggested to monitor instead of doing filling right away (not like a lot other dentists who are money driven). Her reason was every time you did filling you would lose an extra part of your own tooth. She tried hard to help you extend the lifespan of your teeth as much as possible. The front desk lady, Floor, was also nice and warm. The only reason I did not give a five star was because this place put an extra charge of fluoride treatment on your dental cleaning claim form and a lot of insurance companies did not cover it. All the previous dentist's places I've been to just simply included this service in the three units of scaling.
