Manager is so unhelpful. And very rude. I have never encountered someone who seems so angry about everything. It was kinda sad to watch.

Stay away! They start you off at a low space rent, and then raise the rent every year! Plus, they charge extra if you have a pet, or an extra vehicle. There's no park maintenance, Many tenants don't even mow their lawns! The place is loaded with virmin; Ants, raccoons, possum, fleas, rabbits, feral cats, and loose dogs. I have lived here 4 years now. Except for the odd annoyance it is quiet. Living here is simple- pay your rent, keep your home insured and your yard clean. If you do these things you will have no issues with management. Nothing is included but I accept that. Space increase has never been more than $10 with lots of notice provided. No rentals, you must own which I think definitely prohibits unwelcome traffic and turnovers. Rarely see police, maybe once a year? All around a nice little park. read more

When we first bought our home here in 2016, I was told it was a great neighborhood and so completely safe neighborhood. Within months I had a creeper stairing into my windows at night 2 times for sure within a month. I live in between stingy neighbors that report over everything, use you yard to drive their truck on and complain about everything you and your kids do while being in violation on EVERYTHING as well... They were not citing the numerous other lots for violations that were worse, 4ft pools, fridges on porches, rvs and trash piled high along the sides of houses but will fine me for having 18in snap up side kiddy pool, cut wood planks for a project against house BEHIND porch, kids toys and refused a fence because my neighbor needed my yard to drive on... which btw is also in violation, turns out this neighbor is managements friends so when they were reported for having too much wood and no wood fire place within a week of my report they put one in. amazing right? cant get a response for months but they get told within a few days of the landlord receiving the letter? haha whatever. Anyways it gets worse... after finally threatening a lawyer they finally leave the single mother who is gone 12 hours a day because she works! But now 6 months of requesting a fence in numerous forms STILL have yet to receive a response... but my 18month old can almost get hit by cars because they want to have a commercial sized dump truck on the street blocking view of cars and children playing in the driveway because they want to do chalk. COMPLETELY irresponsible and favoritism. Drug dealing down the street, numerous trashy trailers but mine has to be kept immaculate like children DO NOT live there. Bikes cant be seen from road yet you can see both sides on my house from the road, and other homes can have theirs by the road etc... horrible management... need anything such as copy of lease for legal purposes for custody arrangements forget it... getting a hold of management is even HARDER. Dogs are barking at all hours of the day and night, rats, insects (fleas are horrible!), possum, raccoons (as big as medium sized dogs), cats roaming the neighborhood unfixed. What they don't tell you when you move in, is that they raise the rent every few months, there are no amenities, and very little maintenance.They also nickel and dime you to death with extra fines and fees. ($5.00 per dog, $5.00 per extra car, etc. ). There is no on-site management. $25 for every piece of paper they send you, they go by check date for rent from some residents and post office date for others, i can have my checks dated the 30th of the month but if the post office doesn't process it before the 5th its late. So if you rent get a account that allows you to print the date you send it out on the envelopes instead of trusting the post office. Worst experience ever with a landlord and getting a hold of the owners in Bellevue is impossible! read more

If I could give it a NO STAR rating I would we lived in this park from 2000-2006 the park went down hill month by month the manager at that time Teresa was a real pain in the ass we got approval to extend our driveway and bring in rock to do so to accommodate our second car then she wanted to charge us for having a larger drive way, there were drug houses in the place and nothing was done about it and the common grounds were never taken care of either but yet god forbid if your lawn was a bit in need of care she was on your ass like white on rice. She also charged us monthly for our house cats that were strictly house cats always never ever were they allowed outside and after all we owned the home we just rented the lot space so if my cats did any damage it would to my home I owned. The only thing I can say positive about the manager is with all her BS it was that and the hole the place became that made us decide to sell and by a real house and are so happy we did. read more
