In the past this company refused to sign the check my insurance sent to repair hail damage on my vehicle. The Denison branch manager agreed to sign it on the condition that the money went towards to balance of the vehicle loan instead of repairs. This company does not care about their customers or transparency.

It has been 16 days since my wife and I opened our accounts and there are still problems. I haven't decided whether to continue banking with this establishment or not. UPDATE: on day 18 after speaking with the banks high ranking official; I decided to close my account. Good grief, I've never been so talked down to. I triply don't see how they stay in business.

Their systems are constantly down, there have been a…read morelot of times where I have not been able to access my money, long wait times to raise daily limit(which takes other banks minutes to change), they charge you to get records of your bank statements ($5 a page!) But you do not have access to them or can even view them online. The mobile app constantly stops working and requiring you to disable and reinstall it. At one point, I was not able to use my card on Redbox. This is the worst bank I've ever experienced.
