Convenient location in town walkable to restaurants and the grocery store. Main issue was internet was really slow and limited cell service. We happen to cross this place when we were looking for a spot to stay with some friends. This was the perfect place for a couple of families to hang out! It's effectively a bunch of small tiny homes that are very large in their field. We got one with a king bed, a twin with a trundle bed and a hideaway bed. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. It's located right on the main drag in Forks. It was nice to be across the street from the pizza place and the grocery store so we could run in and out the rooms were clean, the folks working care were very friendly, and the price was very appropriate for the amount of space we got. One very nice thing was fire pit that was located in the middle of the property. It was great for s'mores and was available until about 10 PM. This is definitely a spot we will be coming back to the future! read more

The cutest hotel in Forks! My sister and I did a quick girls trip to Washington and LOVED our stay at Woodland Inns. Our cabin was clean, spacious, and cozy. My favorite amenity was the bathroom heater, which keeps you from freezing the moment you step out of the shower in the colder months. The kitchenette was perfect for storing our snacks, drinks and leftovers. Each cabin also has its own driveway and porch, and there's a communal fire pit with outdoor seating. When you arrive, there is a self check-in process so you can open the door using a lock box. As we were checking out, one of the staff members came over to say hello and gave us some bear spray when we told her which hiking trail we were headed to. Thankfully we didn't need to use it, so we donated it to the visitor's center. Would highly recommend! read more

An amazing stay, a cozy bed along with small room, kitchen and sofa, fire place with two tvs. The reason being I am a v light sleeper late nighter and my husband is an early sleeper. This is located on a small town on a main road. The room was very cozy on a very cold winter night. It had all the facilities. The owner focused on very small details. Which I admire to see that. The bathroom was very huge and the only qualm I find is the towel hanger is quite far to the tub. Even the toilet was quite far too. So I had to step out to get the towel. This was a great place to stay while exploring the national park. It was clean, spacious and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the fireplace as an added bonus! The only thing that would have made it better were the beds. They creaked louder than the 60 year old mattresses at our lake house. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Woodland Inns is a cluster of 13 cabin cottages in the middle is Forks, WA. It appears to be newly built and the owners spared no expense in making this place beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed - clean, fully stocked kitchenette, big bathroom, and enough comfortable bedding for our family of 5 (even the sofa bed was comfy)! The gas fireplace was nice to enjoy while we watched TV. There's an outdoor seating area with a fire pit for guests to enjoy. Loved sitting out on the patio in the morning to enjoy the sun and view of the trees. It's located conveniently on the main road across the street from the supermarket and pizza restaurant (also owned by the Woodland Inn owners). read more

My husband, our five month old son and I stayed at the Woodland Inns for four days. Mary was very sweet and accommodating; I was worried about bears during our hikes and she generously gave me a can of bear spray to use (thankfully, we never had to use it). The bed is very comfy and the couch pulled out into a bed at the Maritime cabin that we stayed in. The food options that seemed kind of scant in that area however we ate at Pacific Pizza and The In Place, The pizza was very cheesy and the baked potato from Pacific Pizza was really good. I think the In Place had the best selection of food and a really good garden veggie burger (it's hard to find vegan options when traveling). While we were there we were able to drive and visit the Hoh rainforest and Cape Flattery (I recommend both!). read more

My wife and I went there for a wedding which was cancelled but we kept the room as a weekend away, and we are glad we did. The cabin was comfortable and well maintained. We loved how it was setup. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful fireplace, excellent water pressure and with the on demand hot water the shower never goes cold on you. We thoroughly enjoyed eating at the local restaurants and the recommendations from the management were spot on. The management and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and just overall wonderful. We have travelled across the globe over our 25 years together staying mainly in 5 star resorts and this log cabin village they have created was by far our favorite accommodations. Wow. Just wow. I travel A LOT and this was an amazing experience. The check-in process was efficient and covid-friendly, with management (Mary) sending a day-of text with the code to the lock-box on our cabin. Contactless and effective! Our cabin was clean and spacious. The beds and sheets were soft and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfectly-sized and with the provided Alexa for music and the DirecTV, we had an incredibly relaxing evening after a day of checking out the local hikes/beaches. Internet is also provided so was able to dial-in to and run a video conference in the morning before heading out again. Mary also went above and beyond by providing a list of local recommendations for places at which to eat. We're planning on coming back with friends to show them Rialto, First, and Third Beach and there is no doubt that we'll be staying here again. read more

A bit unusual of a setup/ individual cabins that are essentially hotel rooms set on the lot. There isn't much of a view or anything, but it works well. The cabins were really clean, a little more spacious than your average hotel room, and really nicely decorated. My husband and I also liked being able to sit on the porch outside while our kids unwound inside. Right across the street from a tasty pizza place that I believe the owners also own, and the grocery store. Once we parked we didn't have to drive anywhere that night, which was very nice! Random comparison, but very similar to the Bryce Canyon Inn in Tropic, Utah. Like, really similar- same cabins, pizza place that the owners also own, pizza was even fairly similar. Wonder if the owners know each other or one set was inspired by the other? If you do like this and make your way to Utah, highly recommend the place in Tropic as well! read more

Our group stayed here for 2 nights while visiting for a wedding. The cabins are small, definitely best for just 2 or 3 people, but we made it work with the 5 of us. The location is perfect as it is close to restaurants and the grocery store. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Each cabin has their own individual parking spot too. There are various positives to this place, but lots of aspects should have been planned better. Significant improvements in the future would be possible with the correct management decisions. A huge hassle was not having an employee on-site to help with check-in and having to deal with the difficult combination lock-box on the outside door knob that contained the cabin key. It was set up this way to have "touch-free" check-in during the Covid pandemic, but the management urgently needs to come into modern post-pandemic times so that they can provide proper onsite customer service with in-person check-in. For much of the day, there's no employee on the property. The check-out process is unassisted and impersonal also. The cabins are relatively new, so not much wear and tear has occurred yet. There are modern appointments like plenty of power outlets and a big screen TV with lots of channels. But the wi-fi had many dropout periods daily when it wasn't available at all. They need some knowledgeable tech support to visit the premises to examine router health and analyze wi-fi antenna placement. Currently, it's the most unreliable wi-fi I've ever experienced (in 15-20 years). Until then, don't expect good wireless Internet access and use here, or generally around Forks. There are very bright ceiling lights in all rooms, although without dimmer switches in any, so, no good subdued lighting is available in any room. But at least there's a nightlight in the bathroom! The bathroom lacks sufficient counter space for more than one person's items, and like most hotels and motels, there aren't enough towel racks or hooks. If you prefer decent toilet paper, bring your own Charmin because the TP here is thinner than rolling papers. Placing the TP dispenser on a wall in back of you is just plain dumb; it should have been located on the console to the side of the toilet, or on the wall in front of it. The floors appear to never get washed. Rub a wet paper towel anywhere on the floor and you'll see the filth! Bottom line: a just OK place currently, but not a top choice selection. read more

I highly recommend these cabins if you are staying in Forks. Virtually brand new, each cabin is tastefully done with two queens beds (new and comfortable), an electric fireplace, tv, full kitchenette with frig and stove as well as a nice shower/ bath. The usual amenities are supplied shampoo, soap, am coffee. Everything was so new, best and clean. They are located on the main drag, not in the woods, so a cabin back from the road might be desirable, though we had the one closest to the road and all traffic noise went away at sundown. There is a good pizza restaurant just across the street in walking distance. The owner, Mary, could not have been nicer and more gracious. I recommend this to everyone seeking a great spot to overnight in this area. read more

What a cute little place to stay! It is central to Rialto beach and Hoh forest. We stayed in the Roadtrip cabin. It is actually an ADA friendly cabin with walk-in shower and was nicely decorated with unique pebble like flooring. Again going to point out the COVID part of my reviews and say that I felt completely safe staying here. The owners make it a top priority to disinfect in between guests. There is a cozy gas fireplace and full kitchen and not to mention two large tv's with every imaginable channel. Our goal was to not have to go anywhere for anything while staying here and it fit the bill for being able to do so. The rates are extremely reasonable and I feel better being able to support a local business. On the plus side they even decorated each cabin for the holidays. Will definitely stay here again! Woodland Inns is located right on the Route 101 highway, but don't let that fool you. Inside, the cabins are quiet, cozy and comfortable - just like you would imagine a Pinterest perfect log cabin would be. It's a shame that I have to give a single star, would prefer 0. This listing is NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. Upon arrival our unit had no power which is how it remained for our stay. No electricity, no heat, no hot water, no WiFi. Our food ruined as we had no fridge to store our food. The only accommodation the host actually provided was "extra batteries" for the flashlights we had to use. If it weren't in such a remote location we would have stayed elsewhere but had no choice. Mary was given the opportunity to do the right thing and refund us and approved, and sadly Airbnb backs her on this decision, so we are out. DO NOT STAY HERE read more
