Due to the inaccuracy of the call centre, I left a detailed email message with all of the specifics. I added that I could take calls Monday to Friday until 6 pm. Yet I was called 2 times early Sunday morning and again Sunday afternoon!

While we were waiting for the bank and lawyer to pay the bill, the funeral home became very demanding regarding payment. It was not the first funeral we had booked with them and they were well aware they would be paid yet they continually harassed us, were rudely persistent, demanding and unreasonable with us even though they understood the payment was coming through the bank and lawyer. I would never, ever recommend this business for anyone. Very distasteful behaviour after a death of a loved one.
