In watching the instructors and students in class, we have observed wonderful songs, adorable routines, positive attitudes and encouragement, and the dance instruction involves a variety of teaching methods and activities that truly make the dance classes fun and interesting. There is no communication, they cancel classes without any notice. My baby girl was heartbroken twice, when we arrived to the dance class only to find a closed door. No one warns you that there will be NO classes next week, there are no any notes on the doors or walls that classes are being cancelled for some reason. They can change a class time without any notice, which is so unprofessional. The instructor did not pay attention to all the kids the same. Some received more attention and others none. Then she brought 2 of her own kids to the class and of course some of the time was spend on her own kids. I am paying so the instructor would spend as much time with my kid as possible and not her own. I do not recommend this school to anyone!

We expected to only have about an hour to an hour and a half to skate. Got to the place only for them to tell us no the girls cannot skate because they close at 6. We told them the website said 7, they said yes they were aware and that the website is "under construction". Obviously they know this is a problem and still choose not to fix it. Didn't let the girls skate for the last 30 minutes because they were "cleaning" before they were even closed.

It's a nice, clean arena, but the strict and aggressive 8 pm cut-off made my guests and I feel rushed. I don't plan to spend any more money here, mainly due to their limited hours and the way the situation was handled.
