It says reserved but if you go to the location they say well we haven't had that size truck in five years. I don't know why they would say that a truck is available size would ever be available at this location. I think that's pretty much self-explanatory this is the most ridiculs processing system I hav ever used. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Stay away from this SCAM company! They have hidden charges that they don't tell you about in…read moreadvance. Cancelling the subscription is really difficult and there is no proration! They'll charge you for the entire billing cycle (28 days) even though they'll tell you that there is 14 days notice period. I made a mistake of setting automatic payments and that's when all the hidden charges come into play. AVOID at any cost! There are so many options in Kitchener than this poor service business.
