Had my dogs groomed at woofta. I was surprised at how beautiful their service was. I took them because they smelled like poop. Could not take them home like that. I only exspected baths. But they gave the whole 9 yards. Nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and mouth cleaned. Boomer being a clumber spaniel was brushed. A kid touche Boomer he said his hair was so soft. No snarls. Worst treatment ever at Woofta Groomers. I have been a long time client of Woofta and absolutely loved Felicia! The last 2 experiences at the groomer have been awful! On this occasion, today 2/12/20, my small dog was there for 4 hours and is not even half groomed and her tail is almost gone!! I was then informed they had another dog that was an issue and would need another hour to finish my dog. My husband refused and took the dog, unfinished, and left. Please know that we were charged and PAID full price for the appointment. Jade didn't even offer a discount We will NEVER be back to Woofta Groomers. read more

Way overpriced! I was there 3 months ago for the same grooming treatment and when I took my dog in yesterday, I was charged $25 more than my last visit! For the same thing! Other than the ridiculous price increase, my dog was returned smelling and feeling very clean after about 2 hours there. Felicia was very pleasant and did a great job, but the prices are way more than the worth of it. If you don't have upwards of $100 for your pets grooming, just do it yourself! read more

I took my dog in to get groomed on Sunday. The groomer executed my requests perfectly - my dog looked perfect! The ONLY negative thing I can say is: On their website, the price for grooming my breed of dog (Lhasa-Poo) is $25-$30. I was charged $60. Other than the price influx, I was very pleased and will go back to them in the future. read more
