After narrowing down my selection, I asked my husband (and Golden Retriever) for feedback. Yes, my 100lb Golden was allowed in and he made himself right at home. Needless to say, I walked out with a large shipping bag, but the amount was less than I expected. I kept thinking about it, and that price was right, so I went back. The sales person working was nice enough to cut the tag off the hat for me and I wore it out of the store. Shopping at Windsor today, 5 pm on a Saturday and experienced the worst customer service ever…read more There was a very long wait for the fitting rooms, we waited for twenty minutes and were halfway to fitting rooms when their employee started scolding the entire store like we were misbehaving children- she yelled for everyone to hear, stating we all lost privileges to the fitting rooms because people aren't picking up after themselves so fitting rooms were closed. Many people mentioned how long they've been waiting as well as the fact people were polite in line and again were told we all lost our privileges to a fitting room and if we don't like it we can leave- exactly what was done not only losing a lot of business today but future sales as well. Looking at Google reviews this is a huge trend of this store so I question if it's policy and acceptable since it is a long standing complaint but its terrible business. There are too many options of where to spend our hard earned money to do so at a place that treats customers so terrible- fitting rooms aren't a privilege, it's a must prior to people handing over their hard earned money for your merchandise. I timidly approached the racks and realized that this truly is a Clearance Center from a price perspective - the markdowns are astronomical! Over $700 later, I left with gifts for nearly everyone in my life (including myself!). The highlight of the place is the women's dress section. It's huge and dresses for EVERY occasion. The amount of sequins in this place is unreal. The men's section is also enormous, as is the women's (non-dress) section, including a great plus-size variety. The shoe clearance section was all women's; there was another shoe dept but I never made it over there. The most underwhelming area was the kids department, and specifically the boys section. The girls section was decent, but the boys was crazy sparse. The baby department had a fairly good selection. The main focus here is ABSOLUTELY clothing, but there are some home goods. If you're making the visit, make sure you walk the whole store and aim for clothing!

I wore them to work on Monday - so excited to show them off. They are so warm! Unfortunately, they had a few small holes. I called to see how I could get a new pair. They were so kind and understanding. I sent them a few pictures of the tights and my receipt. About one week later I got a brand new pair with a thoughtful note. I was so impressed!
