If you have a carpet fitted by Francis, you will not end up with scratched paintwork of scuffed skirting boards. What you will get is a very professional job done, on time, to price and with a smile. Also, if you buy bedroom or lounge furniture in won't fall to pieces a week after you get it home, it will last a lifetime. The business is split into 3 parts, 235, 275 and 128 Worcester road. It's a shame, because I have rung them twice to give them the opportunity to rectify the issues but they are not interested. It appears they will take your money quite happily and then not care about any after care. The process started with no communication from the shop about how we purchase are carpet the the process of it being fitted. We were told when to pay, and were informed the day before they do not accept card, but after stating we could transfer the money, the magically found a card machine (probably so you can cancel the payment for their terrible service). The carpet fitters arrived at 8:30am (which was fine, but it would have been nice to have known they were coming so early). They immediately stated that they couldn't start until the old carpet had been removed by me (again, not an issue, but would have been nice to know). They then didn't help move the furniture (as stated by the salesman they would). After fitting, they informed us that they wouldn't take the old carpet, and left all the offcuts lying around, and the house in a mess. At no point were we informed that the old carpet of offcuts would be left, and would have happily paid for this service. Additionally, the only "solution" they will off is for us to drop the old carpet at the shop, which does not solve our issue. A really terrible experience, and We are very disappointed at the complete lack of after sale care. What's worse, is the man on the phone would not stop interrupting me.

The table setting was gorgeous and I was even presented with a pretty bouquet to take home. After lunch a wander around a well-stocked gift shop and showrooms full of beautiful furniture made my mothers' day complete. Will definitely be coming back (the coffee was also fab) and I have my eye on a blue sofa! Holloways is a little haven of loveliness.

It is a bit pricy, but sometimes it's worth paying more for quality cotton sheets are always better in my eyes. They do tend to have special offers on though so keep your eyes open for bargains and they also sell seconds. Upstairs they sell material on rolls so if recovering furniture or making your own curtains is your thing then you'll be quite happy. Ample parking clean toilets and a nice little coffee shop. They contacted the supplier and they came though, and the delivery was flawless. The Chatsworth extending table was definitely worth the money. I also bought patchwork chair is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to all the team at Meyer & Marsh definitely recommend them. Beautiful furnishings well worth a visit.
