After a lengthy search both on-line and around the Midlands for a quality electric reclining chair I approached Worcester Furniture Exhibition Centre. What a refreshing change! I must point out I am a wheelchair user so confronted with a step outside I was somewhat disappointed. No problem sir! A member of staff saw me outside and immediately came to enquire if I wished to enter. A ramp was produced and I was shown several chair options, colours and designs. I was able to try out the chairs that I was interested in and after a return visit placed my order in the colour, design and base finish to match my home. All at a price I was happy with and with a level of olde-worlde-charm and personal service I had almost forgotten existed. Well done! read more

Staff very attentive and helpful during the sales process and delivery service good. Having purchase two identical G Plan sofas we observed that the cushions in the one sofa offered no support and were very different to the other one an d looked to the store for help.. The store did not support us, the customer, but instead stood shoulder to shoulder with the manufacturer in rejecting our request for replacement and denying there was a problem. It took a letter to Chief Exec of Sofa Brands International and submitting a claim in the Small Claims Court before we got our money back. No apology and we were left without sofas until we could purchase new sofas. Needless to say these were not purchased from Worcester Furniture Centre nor were they manufactured by G Plan read more
