They have a new rule: you can't exchange or return your items which is also reasonable due to COVID. They lady was super welcoming and attentive. I love that they have a variety of colors, sizes, and materials to choose from. Surprisingly with this big selection, the store was still spacious and not tight at all! Alongside, they also have masks that match the color of your scrubs and they also do embeddings too which I think I super cool. I will for sure comeback!

He brought me another set and was kind enough to exchange the previous (and too small - thanks Quarantine 15) set for a larger size. Upon delivering the larger size he let me know I could discuss any further questions with the young lady (Irin) who was working the register. (I assume he was leaving for the day, since I didn't see him anymore.) Irin was an absolute delight! I really loved one this one set of scrubs, but unfortunately the top size I needed was on back order. She offered to place an order for me but I ultimately declined. Both Irin and the young man (who's name I didn't catch) made shopping here quite a pleasurable experience. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back, as my job will eventually provide me with scrubs, but I highly, highly, highly recommend this shop. When we arrived at Scrub Pro we were greeted by Britany Hitchings. This gal has the patience of a saint. She found almost every style possible until we finally found one that fit, looked nice on the bad leg. When I say that she pulled every style I mean every style that the store had we tried on. Britany was very honest on her opinion on they looked on my wife, asked about how they fit, etc. Britany never gave up or brushed us off a being unable to help or just not have anything. She pulled men's bottoms to see how they would fit. When we finally found the fit, Britany placed the order for the scrub set to be shipped to the store in the color need as they did not the color needed nor the size need in the color in stock at the store. Not only is Britany and amazing worker but also one heck of an Assistant Manager at Scrub Pros. More stores like Scrub Pro need to have more Britany's in them, a person that went well above and beyond to help someone find a scrub pant that fit but also looked good on her as well. Unfortunately, Murphy's is a far cry from Susan's and they have inherited very big shoes to fill. I have had uniforms on order through Murphy's since early December and was informed in February that the style of scrubs ordered were not available. I tried to be understanding because "COVID", but the store is understaffed and the owner has a regular day job somewhere else according to his mother who is there during the day. I was told when I went in face to face that my new order would be rushed, but a month later I have no scrubs, no updates and no one answers the phone or returns voicemail. One star is appropriate since they are a uniform shop that does not actually supply uniforms. I would look elsewhere as we are.
