I totally agree with many of the other comments here--the professionalism at the front desk is horrible! I was greeted by a very rude receptionist. I had difficulty hearing what she was saying and politely asked her several times to repeat herself. She did, but only while rolling her eyes. Based on what I've read in other reviews, it seems the owner or management does not care about the attitudes of the front desk staff, as nothing appears to have been done to address the issue. I only wish there were another facility I could go to. My rating is zero stars! read more

Ok I know it's a "work wellness" facility and all there basically is is workers comp, but their client service is horrible. The girls behind the counter are not dressed professionally they stand behind the counter laughing loudly and gossiping about anything and everything nothing appropriate or professional about any of the staff. One of the girls wasn't happy about the conversation she was having on the phone and slammed the phone down and whispered "what a b****" after. This place is just awful. It seems like none of these girls have grown up from high school. I don't see how any adult is comfortable coming here for a medical service. read more

Working in the medical field, the first thing I will always notice walking into a building is the professionalism of the front desk. And this place lacks professionalism the most. The ladies at the front desk are constantly gossiping and whispering about other coworkers/patients and other departments in the building whether it's in English or Spanish which I think is very rude to do when you have a lobby full of patients waiting to be seen. read more

I've been very dissatisfied by this office. I wish there was an option in Turlock, CA for workers' comp services or basic first aid services. We find that they overcharge for services or have patients come back for needless re-checks just in an attempt to pad the bill to workers' comp. We will be sending our guys to a different service in the future. It is unfortunate since they are close and convenient. I also found that their billing department was unhelpful and unprofessional. I hope they can resolve these problems and develop a better system of care for workers' comp cases. read more
