After having a nightmare in a parking lot I brought my new car in for some paintless dent repair. Was very surprised with the cleanliness of the waiting room, business provides a TV with Netflix, comfortable chairs and walking distance to many restaurants. Owner is very friendly, courteous and honest which is a relief for me. Owner showed me how he would repair the dents and offered to let me watch him in action. Back of the shop is just as nice and tidy as the front which was awesome. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and customer orientated. Prices are the best in town. Saved me $1,300; I had backed into something and my left rear bumper was hanging off and severely scraped. The scrape didn't particularly bother me, so I first went to Etscorn's and asked if it would be possible to simply reattach the bumper rather than replace the whole of it. They said it couldn't be done and would cost me $1,327 as well as two full work days. I panicked; I'm in college and most certainly do not have that much money to spare. I had heard of this place before and thought I might as well look for a second opinion, so I meandered in and the owner said it wouldn't hurt to take a look. Less than ten minutes later my bumper was fixed and the scrape polished. Given what I know about cars, which is nothing, I was fully expecting him to charge $500, and if he had asked me to for an initial price I would have offered $200 and believed I was undercutting him. Anyways, I asked how much he wanted and, shrugging, he said, "30 bucks?" To say I was ecstatic would be a dramatic understatement. I cannot recommend Working Man Dent Repair highly enough, the owner is an incredibly honest and kind man who knows what he's doing.
