First it was going to be 90$, then it was going to be 150$. After numerous unanswered calls and texts I told him I'd be there to pick it up if it was done or not. Then it was 350$. Scam artists. This place is a dump. Looks like a landfill for mowers. Don't bother taking anything to get fixed here, I'm serious. If he wasn't so old and out of shape, nevermind. I wish I saw the reviews before I went here. It's too bad too because I bet he was a great mechanic back in the day. Now he's a sweet old buzzard that doesn't care about the quality of work, customer service, or his reputation. Communication was great before I dropped off the equipment. Mums the word afterwards. Multiple calls, texts went unanswered til I said I was going to be there in the morning no matter what. Then they hiked up the price up on me. Dropped off my almost new generator (kept indoors, less than 10 hours of use) in February 2022 for an issue. They gave excuses for months about why it wasn't done yet. Never once reached out to me to give me an update like a decent business owner would do. After awhile they started dodging my phone calls. After 17 months I was furious. I called and left a message with a woman saying the owner was unavailable but she would have him call me back. Another month goes by and I call him and he claims he never got that message. He told me he can't repair it. I guess he was going to keep it though since he never bothered to tell me that. I went and picked it up and it's completely ruined. He obviously left it out in the elements this entire time. The paint is faded, it's covered in rust, the rubber is cracked and brittle. What was probably just a bad carbon monoxide sensor is now a total loss. Complete incompetence by this business. His whole property looks like a junk yard. read more

Ok, so he fixed my Simpson pressure washer under warranty, but I had serious doubts that I would ever see it again. I thought that I was in the wrong place, it looked like Sanford and Son had taken a dirty wrong turn- the place is pure JUNK everywhere and he seemed to not have a real way of tracking the equip. Inside it was old school shop, titty calendars & posters everywhere (if this bothers you be warned), none of this phased me. It was that this was the most unprofessional joint I'd ever been in. Because this was a warranty and I was told where to go, I left my machine. Otherwise I would have backed the hell out. It took a solid 3.5 months to get my machine back. It came to me repaired and working. However, no one answered the phone and voicemail was always full. Proceed with caution if you are paying for the repair vs warranty like myself. His consolation prize for those that might want it is a mini "girlie" calendar. Thanks but no thanks, this place is SKETCH at best. read more

Had a continuing problem with my sears pro riding lawn tractor. Last year two different sears technicians worked on it all summer never found the problem, parked for the winter. This season brought it out, it did the same thing. Jerry came out very first thing he found a problem and fixed it then he loaded it up ant took it to his shop. one week later he brought it back FIXED! He isn't pretty but he knows his business. I will never go back here again. The place looks like a junk yard. I took my lawn mower to be repaired. It took 3 weeks for a carbuerator to be replaced, cost was $250.00. I could have purchased a new one for another $100.00. The self propel didn't work when I got it back so I took it back again. It has now been another three weeks. I've checked several times and get a lame excuse. When I call to check I get a message machine and no call back. This place was listed in the phone book and also recommended by an employee at a local store. I don't recommend it at all for anyone else. read more

Do not go to this place it is a scam. My husband and I took 2 lawnmowers in to have them repaired because the place we usually go upped their price this man promised him a better deal not only did we pay more than where we usually go he only fixed one lawn mower. We went to pick them up he added 80 more to the bill the woman running the place told my husband he couldn't touch the lawn mowers until he paid not even to start them up to see if they worked. Iam so disappointed with this experience sometimes it pays more to go with a trusted company than some guys with naked women hanging up all over his shop and his company calendar that he gives to people. read more
