I went last week before 5AM to workout and the entry scanning machine wasn't working. Later that day, I tried again and I let one of the employees know. She told me the system they use was having issues. She was extremely empathetic about my frustration and told me they were working on it. I decided to try again this morning and what a surprise when it wasn't working again. It's been almost a week now and I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to cancel my membership. This is just carelessness on the management at this point. I do not recommend this gym. read more

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to get help only to find out that they stopped giving day passes out to people after 7:30. If someone would have helped, I could have gotten my workout. Due to their negligence, I couldn't get anything done. So much for "anytime" fitness. Should change it to "only til 7:30" fitness. read more

Shower pretty bad. Rusty, lots of black mold. Today I went back in still bad. Floor soaking wet breaking of bleach. Afraid 5o change clothes because it would bleach them if they touched the floor. Pretty disappointing for a gym. The other day a guy worker was pretty rude. Sad read more

I know the Corona Virus is putting a lot of people in a bad spot financially, and I feel for the folks that have to operate businesses in this environment. But to charge my card for 3 months of membership in a 15 day window, lock the gym up, and then completely cut off communication is unacceptable. They're currently deleting any comment that is not 100% supportive of the current *"choice"* of action. Direct messages have been left on "seen" with no response. I'm currently disputing the, (what I can only assume is) fraudulent charge. Check your credit card statements people! *There was no statewide governmental order forcing gyms to close down as stated on 3/17. I am thrilled to have such a great gym located here in Niceville. It is equipped with machines that cover all the muscle groups--plus extras such as stretch bands, balance balls, exercise mats, etc. There is enough variety in equipment so that the gym is very well-rounded and appropriate for both women and men, young and "more mature" people. I really enjoy using Niceville's Workout Anytime location when I'm in town. I'm very impressed overall with this fitness center from friendly, courteous, and professional staff members, along with a variety of exercise equipment, massage beds, and tanning beds. What really impressed me the most because it's very near and dear to my heart is the fact they honor our military. They display all branches of the service flags, including the POW/MIA, and US flag right near the entrance below the ceiling. Also, there is plenty of open space, and sanitation is impeccable throughout the gym. I don't understand some of the other people's bad reviews but I understand everyone cannot be pleased and is entitled to their opinions and feedback. I truly appreciate and enjoy using this fitness center and always look forward to utilizing this facility. read more

I made a very costly mistake joining this place. You have the fee to join. If you want to quit it takes 30 Days to quit. After 45 Days there is a membership fee that you had to pay. My 12 year old son and I joined and for any tips for my son we had to pay $10 a session. We worked out twice and had to pay over $100.00 Watch out Niceville!!! read more

It's not a bad gym. There are some drama queens who would rather look for something to complain about than workout. And, unfortunately, one of these is a trainer who broke off a session with an elderly client, mid set, to whine to her boss that I looked at her wrong (I'm not kidding. She acted like a 12 year old boy) Leaving this poor gentleman to wonder if he misspent his money. Paranoia, like that, is frightening. So, I left. And, no one likes a personal trainer who is a diva. I absolutely loved this gym. I came in from LA for a week and desperately needed a gym to workout while I was here. The owner Blaine (hope it's spelled right), signed me and my wife up for a week pass. He was very helpful, the gym was always very clean and the equipment was top-notch. Do NOT prepay your membership! I joined when they were running a special and I prepaid my membership for a year. Three months later, I cancelled the membership and the employee told me to talk to the owner about getting the rest of my money back. I talked to Blaine (the owner) who said he doesn't give refunds on prepaid memberships. I asked "so if I had been paying month-to-month, I would be out nothing but since I prepaid I'm out over $150?" He said "yes, I don't give refunds for prepaid memberships." Nothing was mentioned about this when they were glad to take my money when I joined. So - either only pay month-to-month or better yet.. take your business to another gym in our area. read more

I signed up for this gym two months ago online thinking it would work out perfect since I could exercise in between the time I got off work and had to pick up my children. I ended up signing up to a new gym closer to home since it worked out better with my schedule. I went it to cancel my membership today since I had yet to use the gym and knew I was wasting my money. I walked in and told the lady up front I wanted to cancel and knew immediately she was annoyed with me. She asked "well, did you scan your card"? Apologetically, I responded with "no ma'am but I can". She sarcastically responded with "that'd be great". At this point I'm thinking to myself what in the world did I say or do wrong? She handed me a paper to fill out to cancel and while I was filling the paper out she threw a towel on the paper and chuckled and said "oops, sorry". To top it off I was not granted a refund (my dues came out yesterday and I cancelled this afternoon) and was told I could still use the gym for 30 days. A little bit of respect goes a long way. Just because someone comes in to cancel a membership, that doesn't give anyone the right to be disrespectful to you. read more
