When I went to workout I was very surprised with how well the management staff and owners built the gym up. There is plenty of equipment ranging from strength training to cardio machines and even an enclosed room for other activities(yoga, interval training, dancing, and etc.). The equipment is just the start of the great experiences and excellent amenities that you will find at this location. The faculty from front desk employees to janitorial staff takes pride in their positions making sure the gym is a place where you feel welcome and motivated to workout. I believe the town of Okeechobee was longing for a great fitness center and thanks to the OFC we were able to adopt one. This gym I believe will be a great success changing lives while helping individuals reach their fitness goals getting them in the body they want.

My massages aren't even Worth it, I just don't know where else to go and my daughter buys these as gifts for me, but we will no longer come to your facility and I will now spread this negativity about you. You cut me short if I'm late instead of explaining to me ma'am, if you're late, your time will be cut short , you can reschedule for full-time but if you reschedule, you will be charged. Give me an option. Don't let me go in the back without knowing, if I had not asked Christina, the therapist today I would not have known.. after trying to get rescheduled the receptionist says to me we're going to have to charge you for canceling. I chose to walk out take the fee and go elsewhere because you guys act as though we are privileged to come to you however it's a two-way street you're privileged for our business. You should do whatever you have to do to keep us there..... additional -once my daughter and I both connected and I told her about my experience. She immediately called and spoke with Genesis!!! Ms. Genesis treated myself and my daughter, like filthy rags!!! She did not listen to her, and kept interrupting her. Eventually, my daughter hung up then I called and she did me the exact same way. I had to fight my way through the conversation to explain what happened and what I was trying to find out was what is the company policy on cancellation fees, membership versus non-membership fees, and in fact if I was treated appropriately!!!! WE WERE CHARGED $130 for a $80 massage!!! That I DID NOT GET!! Initially the Front Desk person told me he could not tell me what I was booked for... But my daughter told me exactly what she booked me for ... I am now moving this complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. We stopped going and ended the membership yet he still kept getting charged every month. We went in and were told they couldn't see any charges occurring, so we were very confused. Finally, we went back in and they "found an account" with my name and his card on it. We never made that account and they kept charging us for over a year and a half on my boyfriend's card fraudulently.They refuse to let me speak with the district manager and they will not refund a dime back. This business makes money through fraud and I'll be reporting them to the BBB and the attorney general. I highly recommend customers to go somewhere else and steer clear from massage envy. My account had 26 packages on it which totaled over $2,000. My bf and I are blue collar workers so this is just wrong of them.
