When I went to workout I was very surprised with how well the management staff and owners built the gym up. There is plenty of equipment ranging from strength training to cardio machines and even an enclosed room for other activities(yoga, interval training, dancing, and etc.). The equipment is just the start of the great experiences and excellent amenities that you will find at this location. The faculty from front desk employees to janitorial staff takes pride in their positions making sure the gym is a place where you feel welcome and motivated to workout. I believe the town of Okeechobee was longing for a great fitness center and thanks to the OFC we were able to adopt one. This gym I believe will be a great success changing lives while helping individuals reach their fitness goals getting them in the body they want.

The young night staff girls are not helpful at all... they seem to be bothered when you come in. The night staff also use the machines and never pick up their weights but they can do whatever they want... tonight I seen these papers posted everywhere and it just made me laugh out loud.. because it is the girls and their boyfriends that leave the weights on the machines.

A few have small fans which help with heat a bit while in the bed. There are 6 rooms, they are 15 min. The bed lights seem to be maintained because even though its not newer beds and curved( not easy to get in and out), you WILL get a tan. A bit pricy for the area but again, you WILL get tan. They do spray tans , sell lotions, are not pushy, they are knowledgable and very friendly. I get the single sessions at 10 ct. For $70. They run some specials and have a punch card for purchases toward a discount when full. I rate it 5 star for clean, cute, friendly and TAN!
