This is honestly one of the worst gyms I've ever been to that doesn't promote common gym etiquette. Literally about 90% of the equipment I try to use has weights left on them by the previous person. There's also no plate weight racks for proper organization so usually you're on a scavenger hunt roaming from machine to machine looking for what you need. If only staff put as much effort into keeping weights racked and organized as they do when trying to kick you out at the end of the night. They'll flash the lights on and off to let you know it's closing time. Extremely irritating when you're in the locker room and it suddenly goes pitch black while you're trying to get changed.

The day of our first training session, he called while I was in route to meet him and had to cancel. I thought nothing of it and we rescheduled without checking my calendar. I realized that I already had an event so I reached out and asked to add the day on to the end of the training sessions scheduled. He agreed. The second training session was in person and went great. The following week, we showed up, he wasn't there (no call, no text, nothing). I reached out to see if we were meeting, he said that he hadn't scheduled anything for that day but could meet later in the afternoon, but I couldn't because we had other obligations. This was a red flag. When I initially signed up, we agreed on Sundays at 10am. Had I not reached out, I would not have heard anything. Later the same day, he reached out and said that he was moving locations and that he should have a new spot within the week and would send me the location. I agreed. The next session came, again I heard nothing. I reached out AGAIN to check to if we were going to meet. He said that he was off and that he would start back the following week. I then asked specifically if we were meeting the next 3 Sundays at 10am for the remaining 3 sessions and he agreed (keep in mind, this is now week 5 since I paid the fee and had only had 1 actual training session). This week came, and I waited to reach out because I wanted to see if he was going to be professional enough to reach out first. He did not. I then reached out and explained that this was yet another session missed, with no word from him, or any information on his new location. He apologized and offered to meet later on in the week and to reschedule the sessions, but I was done at this point. I declined and asked for a refund for the remaining 3 sessions since we couldn't seem to ever meet. He said he would get back to me and I have heard nothing. He basically took my money and ghosted me. Such a disappointment because I really wanted to support his business. Please be aware before paying this man your money in advance, if something comes up, you will not get it back.

Stay far, far away…read more On 5-14-2018, I arrived for my PT appointment at PT Solutions Physical Therapy at the recommendation of my family doctor. I had been in pain with a sciatica nerve problem. This was my first appointment and I arrived early to complete the paperwork. It was explained to me that as I had not met my insurance deductible, I would have to pay for the appointment. I paid $106.64 at the front desk before starting any therapy. My PT consisted of a few questions, a bit of trigger point pressing that sent my left leg into more pain. The trigger point pressing was also uncomfortable as it was well below my belt line and the therapist went under my clothing without first asking. Finally, I rolled a big ball with my legs while laying on my back. There was one therapist who seemed in charge and one that seemed to be in training. There were three other patients in the one-room facility. The two of them were moving back and forth between the four of us. I was there less than one hour and my actual therapy was less than about 30 minutes. A few weeks go by and I receive an itemized statement from Wellstar. The total bill for my visit was $751.00. Yes - you read that correctly, $751.00. Subtract what I believed to have been my full payment of $106.64, this leaves me with a balance of $644.36 to pay Wellstar, for ONE VISIT. There was never an explanation that I would be billed further for treatment. Several phone calls have been placed to PT Solutions and to Wellstar accounts. It seems that because I went in under my insurance, not having met my deductible, I am responsible for the ridiculous charges. Wellstar explained that IF I had been a walk-in, my total cost would have been about $160. Seriously??? I have since been going to another PT establishment for numerous visits working through my sciatica pain. I pay $35 per visit, NOTHING MORE. PT Solutions and Wellstar are not interested in what other facilities charge for fair and equitable treatment. The accounts Manager at Wellstar said that there is nothing he can do to eliminate the remaining charges. I do not believe the services which I received and am responsible for entirely is worth the total amount of $751.00, under any circumstance. As such, we will be contacting the BBB and Town of Tyrone officials to enlighten them on what we believe is unfair pricing as well as lack of customer service. I accept the responsibility to pay and, will do so, however, I believe that anyone considering PT Solutions should think twice and ask lots of questions concerning their billing practices and lack of transparency pertaining to them. Also understand that this facility is more like a mill. There is no privacy in the one large open room. Your time with the therapist is not a one-on-one appointment and, you may be put into an uncomfortable situation.
