The only negative I can find so far is their voicemail box on their phone is full but you can text them and they responded to me in less than 5 minutes. I'm a remote worker that came down for the Daytona 200. Since I'm camping at the race track, having a space to charge, with WiFi and quiet areas is essential. Foundry did not disappoint. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful and the space is beautiful. They have a few quiet areas, super clean modern bathrooms, dimmable lights in many of the seating areas and of course power and WiFi. What makes this place even more awesome to visit is the build in coffee shop - Prism Roastery. The coffee was seriously some of the best I've had in my life and the owner was just as friendly as the staff at Foundry. If you are a remote worker, or even if you're a local looking for a new coffee shop, I highly recommend you check this space out. I can say that I'll be coming back any time I'm in the area.

I have paid them twice, once when I signed up (which BTW never mentioned the "activation" fee of $99, and then again for 2x my monthly rental fee. Now they want a past due fee - and I don't see anything past due. When I talked to the local administrative assistant she (Tiffany) didn't want to help me figure this out and said "you have to look at your invoices and statement" which I have and none of it makes sense. It's a total scam in my opinion and my credit card company can deal with this fraud, lack of customer service, and over charging and unauthorized charges. Misrespresentation. Scam. Bait/switch. Poor customer service. DO NOT USE.

Their response was almost immediate as I received an email from Fumiko that they had space and would be happy to help me out. The space is really cool. It is a re-purposed skate park and a lot of the original urban artwork is still part of the decor. Inside, there is a great break room with coffee, tea, etc... The decor inside is re-purposed shipping containers with all kinds of neat spaces to set up. Internet speed was fantastic w/ no issues at all. Kudos to Fumiko who met me at the door, gave me a brief tour and was helpful thrughout the day. This is my new work space when I am in the Melbourne, FL area. Could not be happier.
