I have ordered from this company three time since 2019. The first two orders where delivered without any issue. On Dec. 5th., 2020 I placed an order for a pair of Wrangler jeans and a Dickies Duck Vest. I knew Christmas was close but the cloths were gift to my 28 year old son so if they where late then he would understand. The jeans were delivered in a normal time and manner. The Dickies vest never arrived. I was not worried as I knew things are slow with the pandemic going on. Now fast forward to March 21, 2021. I still have not received the vest. Even more bothersome is I have tried contacting the company, www.workwearandmore.com, three times. Twice by filling out a request on their web site's contact us page. Once by leaving a message on their voice mail. I have called repeatedly and their phone number (877)750-1505 seems to not be manned by human beings it always goes to voice mail. I have even tried to make contact by going through their sales system. It would appear that by trying to be "nice and reasonable" I am now a smuck. My order was paid for with my Debt card. I am told that it is now too old of a transaction to get my money back. I guess I am lucky that the vest was only $30 plus a percentage of the $10.99 shipping charge.
