They help me all the time. Thank you to Gabe in pharmacy. He is always smiling from ear to ear his smile is infectious and I can see it thru the mask. I can make a novel about how amazing my kP is. I came in seeking a standard health clearance and it resulted in wasting 4 hours in nothing productive. First of all, they forget about patients and have you waiting for extended periods of time beyond the normal practice. Secondly, they do not utilize the proper equipment correctly. They used the wrong band size to take a blood pressure medicine, resulting in a higher BP, and would not correct. One of the nurses said they have been having issues with their machine, and seeing another person comment a similar experience below confirms they have broken equipment. The doctor insisted I had a high BP and needed to seek medical attention and get medication. I went to another urgent care where my BP read normal and was told I did not need medication. I returned to Concentra with the second opinion ans results and the doctor at Concentra would not accept they were in the wrong, would not retake my BP, and woild not clear their mistake to release the physical to my prospective employer. I have a week to get this test done at Concentra and due to their horrible practices and horrible patient care, it is costing me my prospective employment.

Today was extremely bad weather with winds, rain and cold temperatures. Unfortunately, all the people waiting in line was elderly and not prepared to be getting wet and having to wait outside like this with no shelter etc. When we called and made the appointment, we were promised proper ADA accommodations and was ensured that we would be taken right in and not having to stand in very long lines, especially in the cold and wet weather. The ONE person outside signing everyone in was extremely overwhelmed and which made things even slower. I was very disappointed in the service to the elderly and no special accommodations were made due to the weather etc. Sorry to say it could have been much better organized and should have been much more caring for the elderly and people that needed better ADA accommodations.
