On December 1, 2023 I bought a vehicle, Trailblazer LT. Year 2021 by Chevrolet Co... This car was involved in a bad accident six months before I bought it. This vehicle gave me many problems, so I took my case to the small's claims court in Orlando, Florida. I won the case, but Mr. Rauf Amir the owner of the dealers and the lawyer Mr. Shayan Elahi are refusing to pay me back my $8,000.00 or the amount that the judge ordered to be refunded. Do not buy from these dealers. They are a scam and rude and plus they don't respect any one. Their customer service SUCKS! They are liars too ! Purchased a car and they promised to get minor things fixed . I came back to the dealership to get these things fixed as promised when I purchased the car and the car lot was SHUT DOWN ! No cars in the lot or anything. Had to pay $700 out of pocket to get the problems fixed . I had a previous car that was already registered so I told them I needed a new tag for the new car and they registered my tag from my other car to the new car now my other car has no registered tag. December 18th, I went to this dealership to attempt to purchase a 370Z. The "deal" wasn't great and I asked for some time. The manager offered to hold the deal for me in exchange for a deposit. He stated "If you don't buy a car, you can have the money back no questions asked." I paid the deposit of $100. I told the manager that I was going out of town, and I would message him once I had returned to finalize the deal and move forward with purchase. I sent a few messages on both numbers I had. I got no responses. I then tried calling the dealership multiple times to talk about my deposit. The person fielding the phone call told me (each of the many times I called), "there is only one person who handles that, and she is also in charge of cashiering and bills for the entire store. She is very hard to get a hold of and rarely picks up the phone." I was then transferred. Nobody answered, and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Nobody offered any other methods to get ahold of her. I live an hour away from the dealership. I work two jobs. One of my jobs operates during World Auto business hours. I don't have a ton of free time to be wasting. I had been calling and texting for several weeks beginning December 20th with zero responses and zero concerns from World Auto. Nobody explained to me there was a time limit to receiving my deposit. The manager didn't mention it, and the cashier didn't mention it. I finally had the free time to drive to the dealership the other day (after trying to call again with no luck). They will not give me my deposit back because I am now outside of the arbitrary "30 day" policy I was supposed to know about through ESP and Osmosis. If they needed my $100 that bad, they could have just told me they needed help and were taking "donations." This is the most disorganized and dishonest company, with very poor customer service I have ever experienced. I hope they bought a nice meal with my "deposit." read more

Finally after the 2nd month of temporary plates, get the chance to get my registration to use my plate that I have, but not being told you have to pay $100 for it is again fishy... idk if I should've even paid that much I know the dmv don't charge that much for plate transfers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE they have false advertisement, they over promised and under delivered! They wheel you in saying they can get you approved by offering PICK UP PAYMENT which is apparently a fear of the owner to be "public" but yet they advertise it all over their Facebook post to attract the public. The little girl that helped "you will know who she is the only skinny young girl with glasses" started to help until they said they couldn't and after 4 HOURS of wasting my time she had the nerve to finally talk to me to tell me she didn't have to give me a charger to order an Uber after asking for a charger 2 hours into being there because of my phone dying. I DONT recommend anyone looking for genuine customer service go there. I kept my cool I stood very calm until my time was taken advantage. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! Bought a diesel truck from here and the "mechanics" put water in the DEF system which put it in limp mode. There are some interior plastic pieces missing so they said they would buy them and ship them to me. It's been 3 months and you can't talk to anyone other than an ignorant receptionist. I purchased a Tesla model 3 from world auto. The entire experience was horrible as outlined below: 1- contacted the dealer online about a listing for a low mileage Tesla. They said they had it, I made an appointment to conduct a test drive. I called when I was on my way ( I live an hour away, so they had plenty of notice). 2- dealership is in a very sketchy part of town, I wanted my new car now, so despite my reservations, I continued to the dealer as I really wanted the car. 3- the lobby is dirty, loud, and disorganized. Front staff not helpful. The person I had an appointment with was not there. Car was in the back, was not Charged ( had only 5 miles left) and was dirty. Was not ready. 4- I worked in my trade-in, bright spot was I was offered a little more than I was expecting. 5- sales person could not tell me anything about the car. We went to a supercharging station, where I learned a lot About the car by other owners. Sales rep was clueless. I bought the car, but they did not include the charging cable. They said they would mail it. 6- salesman did not respond to texts or calls about the charging cable. I ended up waiting two weeks for the cable, then when it arrived, it was a older model that did not seat well in charging port. My calls went in deaf ears so I gave up and spent 300 online for a new charging cable. 7- received a call from them about leaving them a review, if it was positive they would PAY me with a 20 dollar gift certificate. My experience was horrible, love my car ( although I am at a Tesla dealership for a problem with it) and I think I got a fair deal. Know that most positive reviews are paid for. If I would have received the stupid cord, I probably would have given a decent review. But that was the last straw. read more

Listen to the negative reviews they tell nothing but the truth the people who put a positive review either got lucky with their vehicle or was paid to do so. I know some companies policies are different but requiring a credit check for a car under "100k" is nonsense no wonder why everybody told me to stay away from this business. Horrible experience. From the lack of keeping commitments to the poor customer service to the lack of quality in detail work with a car purchase. While they may seem like they have good deals on luxury vehicles, they will tell you anything to sell a car and make promises in HOPES that you will forget what they promised. Highly suggest staying away. They attempted to steal my deposit. Have text message proof, emails, phone calls both recorded and logged showing handfuls of attempts to get my money refunded within the 30 days. They'll promise repairs and fixing any damage on the vehicle, but once they sell it they'll ignore you. This place is severely unprofessional. The general manager hung up the phone on me who bought a car from him you don't do that to a customer who is spending a lot of money they try to scam. They sold me a car assuring me that the car has no problems a few days after I am hearing some noises in the car such as a transmission issue, as I speak this to the general manager, he gets aggressive on the phone and hangs up. Not to mention days after buying the car, he calls me because he forgot signatures that I needed to sign and so I had to go back to the dealership to do that because of his Mistake during contract signing. Not only that, but how unprofessional are these people while he is selling me the car on the day of he is trying to loudly assure the salesmen that he is goi to get him this sale. Update: It has been on year since I purchased my 2019 Nissan Rogue from this dealership and the hits just keep coming. Recently, I had a problem with the transmission. The vehicle is still under new car warranty so shouldn't be a big deal. How wrong I was. The Nissan dealer inspects the vehicle and discovers that the transmission pan and other parts had been tampered with at some point and now the warranty will not cover the repair. The vehicle needs a new transmission for a total cost of $5900. I called World Auto and they basically told me to go kick rocks, they aren't going to do anything to fix it. I read through the reviews here and other places and I proceeded with extreme caution when buying a car from this dealership. I found the car I liked online and called ahead to make sure they still had it, and that it was actually as advertised. I spoke to Mike Scott. He was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. The dealership doesn't seem like its on the best side of town, and honestly the dealership itself could use some TLC. I will say that it wouldn't hurt this place if it cleaned up a bit. Clean the floors, tables, and bathrooms. Throw some fresh paint on the walls and take pride in your business. This would take a day of work and it would VASTLY improve the experience of your customers. You would probably end up with higher rated reviews if the outward appearance was just a little better. Now as far as the car. I bought a 2019 Tesla Model 3. I have been researching these for months and knew just about everything there was to car itself. I researched what to look for in a used Tesla and was pleasantly surprised by the condition the car was in. The only issue with the car was that it was locked in Valet Mode. This meant the car couldn't be driven faster than 70mph, the glovebox and front trunk were locked, and the motors were reduced by 25%. Mike and I took it on a test drive, and everything felt great with the car, even though it was stuck in valet mode. Because of valet mode we also couldn't see all of the cars features. I wanted to find out if the car had full self driving feature, and if there were any issues with the vin. Mike called Tesla right way on speakerphone and we found out all of the info. We also got the instructions from Tesla on how to unlock the Valet mode, which according to them would take 3-4 days after the purchase of the car. We got the deal worked out and the credit approved. I originally was going to buy a car from Carvana that kept getting delayed and I canceled. World auto was able to get me a surprisingly much better rate. Like a LOT better. Once all of the paperwork was signed Mike took it upon himself to call Tesla again and push to see if they would rush getting the valet mode turned off. He succeeded and the car was transferred into my tesla account that night!!!! Everything I've read states that this normally won't happen for at least 48 hours, but Mike made it happen ASAP. That really pushed the purchase of this car and review over the edge for me. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I have bought cars from large traditional dealerships, carmax, and plenty of other small hole in the wall spots. After reading the past reviews I will say that I am happily surprised that World Auto ended up being the best experience with car buying yet. Make sure you ask for Mike. Theyre more focused on making a sale then helping you or with your needs. Made it amuck more enjoyable experience. I had to come back the next day for some tire issues and it was handled right away. Don't trust people by phone. Francesca is who we spoke with before driving two hours out to their location to confirm they had the car we wanted. Just to get there and be told it was sold that morning. She didn't even have the respect to apologize. What a huge waste of time and inconvenience. The sales associate seemed nice once we got there but it's bad business to put false expectations in your customers. Update- just received a comment from business 8 months after posting this. Bought a 2018 Tesla 3 with the assistant of my Sales Rep, Rob. Great experience from hello to a signed deal. It took 30-45 minutes to decide what I wanted... finally! From application to signed deal was about an 15 minutes, for a total of an hour. I had training with their Tesla Expert, Zaine, who actually took time to show me everything I needed to know. I took my car in for an appraisal and they gave me an offer and I said ok so then they said they were gonna take the car to the lift to make sure there isn't any oil leaks and as they were doing so they constantly revved the car then took it for a drive (when they never told me they were going to) and as soon as they got on the road they floored it and didn't come back for 15 minutes then they proceed to tell me they didn't want to give me the same amount they told me so I was upset and I left and as soon as I got in the car I could smell burnt tires so they were most likely doing burnouts. read more
