Good for beginners just looking to get in shape and still good for the more experienced guys who want to spar and compete. Some gyms can only teach you basic footwork and punches. Jason and his team can teach advanced techniques with sharp counter punching and creating angles. I been going there for about a year and have learned a lot. You start off with or without a trainer depending on what you're trying to accomplish. The best part is the gym is 24hr a day, you get a special key card to let you in the door. They have all the boxing stuff in the first floor and a big weight room in the basement with everything you need so I can box one day and lift weights the next day to switch up the workouts. It's really reasonably priced also, you'll pay twice as much at some of the other gyms I've been too. All in all its a good spot to get a workout and I'll be a member for a long time.
