The World War Memorial Building is very large. I have come here many times to play/watch various basketball games. The viewing area is on the second floor. To be honest, the air circulation in the building is not very good. So when it is hot and sweaty, it can tend to smell and feel sticky. It's a decent place, but old place in Bismarck. Side note: everyone that works at the local hospital, smokes directly right outside this building. The hospital is right next door and they clearly can't smoke in front of that building, so they smoke right in front of the World War Memorial Building, which is basically a health/recreation building (kinda comical, kinda terrible). read more
