Largest and cleanest aquarium store I have ever been too. This place is for the professionals, as they have a huge variety of all kinds of coral, which they grow themselves on site, and a huge selection of fish. Entire store has a cool blue lighting throughout and they have the largest tanks I have ever seen in a store, with entire ecosystems holding thousands of gallon of water. The place is kept immaculate and everyone working there is very knowledgeable and professional. Someone told me about them from their large YouTube following, so they are clearly helpful and basically famous. read more

Fantastic shop with an amazing selection of corals, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent knowledge base. Came in looking specifically for a few things for my cycling tank (recently set up in new home and not yet ready for residents!) and these guys were great. Can't wait to get some of their corals in my tank and see them flourish. A little disappointed in their loyalty program especially that it resets every year, as once my tank is fairly stable I will be purchasing plenty, but the idea that once fully stocked I'll loose access to some of the perks because I'll eventually spend less was disappointing- it's not as if I hadn't made a fair contribution to the store by that point. But, I'm new to the area, it's possible I'll find more places but this selection will be hard to beat! read more

Horrible experience. Tried their online "spring" sale. It was a disaster and I have never been more frustrated or pissed off by a coral sale. This store is well stocked and has monthly specials. The display tanks are a family favorite. Bring UV glasses if you have them to see the coral really pop! They sell and service everything you need for your very own saltwater, coral, or reef tank. Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. The fish and coral they sell are healthy and the store is very clean. They have a special rewards program which is great for regular customers. For every dollar you spent you get points that you can use towards Coral fragments. Another great thing is that they offer different financing options. I definitely recommend coming here if you already have or are looking to start your aquarium. We have been going to this store for over a year and can say that the service and quality of their items has stayed consistently the same. Absolutely terrible store, Over priced products that can be bought for a 1/3 of the price anywhere else, and absolutely awful owners, ive only been to the store twice, the owner has harrassed his worker with a mental disorder (adhd) and fired him for "showing me around" the store, claimed he was avoiding work and didn't have the patience to train someone like him, when all i did was ask for coral information and prices. And when we came back a few weeks later for buying frags, he banned him from the store for "running his mouth" when he just left a HONEST review on their page. Never coming here again absolutely terrible owner that comes across as ableist! read more

I am knocking off one star for one particular reason. World Wide Corals is the most expensive store for all things fish and corals in Orlando. Yes, their product is amazing, but I do think they overcharge for most things. With that being said...this new store of theirs is AMAZING! There's plenty of room to walk around, tons of merchandise, and really awesome tanks to look at. They have a wonderful selection of fish and corals, and lots of it. Through the doors on the left when you walk in you'll find their farm. During their grand opening we were able to freely walk around the farm and check out all of the corals over there. It was really really neat. I'm not sure if that will always be open to the public to look at, but definitely ask if you can check it out while you're there if it's not. It's worth seeing. The staff here is always so friendly. They can answer any question you throw at them and are always willing to help you. read more

Amazing coral store, the largest I've been in, in Florida anyway. Huge Display tanks and lots and lots of corals, zoas of every color, mushrooms and fish. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are still high but thats reef keeping these days. I did notice that the prices in the store are less expensive than on their website for a lot of pieces. if you are a reef keeper and can make the trip to Orlando I would do it. Bring a cooler with battery operated air pump. They will also deliver to you if you pick out the corals in the store. Not too far from Disney or Universal, worth the trip to check out what they have. read more

Alright I'm gunna start off with how happy I am with WWC I would give 10 stars if I could, I purchased a pretty large amount of corals from the live sale in Oct 2017. All corals seemed Healthy with very minimal hitchhikers, the order made it to me in less the 24 hours from shipping time. I'm in Northern California, can't really get much further away while still living in the USA. I also asked the internet division to add one of the torches I purchased to another reefers delivery. They ended up sending us both one. Top notch service, very friendly. Will shop here for years to come!!! Having purchase some corals from the resent 2019 time splitter Live Sale, my corals were stolen from my front door (FedEx says), World Wide Corals responded within 2 hours on a very busy weekend. They are reshipping the same corals, I am taken back by the quickness and the way they responded to my problem. So my wife ordered me a WWC Illuminati frag randomly because she's awesome. Well they packed this thing to survive the apocalypse (and FedEx, although not so sure there's much of a difference). I'm in KY and it came the next day super late in the day (hurray for FedEx) even though it was supposed to arrive at 8am. It was still warm and they had cut a plastic piece to keep my Zoa from rolling around in the bag and getting damaged. My Illuminati opened immediately and has already grown 4 babies. So lets talk about WWC. Great stuff, pretty pricey - you are paying for the lack of pests. Good aquaculture and a rock solid warranty. So way those out. Lets chat about the staff. I have worked with Matt and Frank both. Those two have been the reason I shop here. Matt is now shipping so I will miss the interaction we had, but now I deal with Frank :) *Back story over. Frank is super knowledgeable and patient. Willing to work the deals on large orders and takes his time to not just sell you - but teach you. Amazing after sales support and walkthroughs. On 30 November 2019, I stopped in at this new shop and they happen to have 10% and 20% off deals going on. I was there to buy 40 pounds of dry rock for a new 300g system I am adding to my existing 250g setup. Overall I liked this shop, the staff was busy and bustling about helping clients. I just had to wait my turn to have my rock weight verified and boxed up. I was surprised that I wasn't registered in the rewards program since this is my third or fourth time making a purchase. I guess that because my tanks are in NC I am not valued as a rewards customer (little joke there). Nice to see a virtual supermarket of corals to shop from in a store. read more

My family has been coming here for years. When my parents first converted to their tank to saltwater, we went to about every Aquarium store in Orlando and northern Kissimmee. This is the best one. They have a wide selection in fish and corals and many display tanks in impeccable condition. The current location is hidden behind some buildings but they are moving to the SeaWorld/Williamsburg area. I can't wait to see the new place when it's complete, I'm sure it will be even better. Forget the Point Orlando aquarium and just come here. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I bought some corals online from them and had a question about one of the pieces after I received them. So I sent them an email. They never responded. About a month later I tried again. They never responded. I no longer buy from them. There are too many other venders on the web to choose from who care enough about their customers after the saleto answer questions. Adam at Battle Corals is probably the best when it comes to responsiveness to his customers. I have also had good luck with Unique Corals. World Wide are excellent at marketing but can't seem to back it up. However they do have a nice coral selection. Update: While there is no excuse for not responding to emails after a purchase to be fair I stopped by while I was in town for a convention and had a great experience with one of the employees and ended up buying two SPS frags. read more

Well placed a second order for some coral and few inverts and I payed 25$ for overnight shipping and it took two days to get to me! No email or call to update me. I emailed them back saying it should have been here by now. NO Reply Finally received my order the following day!! the inverts look to be ok.. the coral however looks bad! A branch was broken on one of them and they look like they're about to die! Hopefully I can bring them back! I emailed them again asking what was going to be done? NO reply. This time the customer service was trash!!! I still haven't herd back from them! You'd think getting a customers order to them would be on their priority. I guess they're not worried about it after they've taken your money!? FedEx refunds when guarantees are not met I want mine! read more

My husband and I have been to World Wide Corals several times the last couple of years since we started our salt water tanks. The staff have always been very friendly and assisted us with purchases. We have bought many coral frags, large and small, and even bought some fishes from here. As with other local fish stores, we found the pricing to be on par, sometimes certain corals are higher here and lower there and vice versa. I guess it's just depending on the shipment they have come in, supply/demand, that kind of stuff. While Jacksonville have several go-to places for us, we still like to shop at World Wide Corals when were go to Orlando, simply for variety. We also enjoy looking at their display tanks at the front and really appreciate the beautiful corals and fishes in those gigantic tanks. read more

Go to Jason fox or any other big coral vendor. These guys are nice, but they hold back their best corals to sell to certain group of people and wont sell them to other people. I waited several months for a few corals to come back in stock only to find out they had them, they just only wanted to sell them to their R2R group of people. You cant buy it via their website. Also, they use ebay.... stay away. Anyplace that has to sell corals on ebay i stay away from. Ebay is for used items and Chinese knockoffs. Corals: B+ as they hold their best items from being purchased for certain groups Prices: C- as most other websites and vendors offer the same product for less money (even using WWC own corals) Customer Service: A-. They are nice and respond to emails. THey have a good warranty they stand behind, but again who wants to do business with a company that only sells their best items to certain people. Overall, i wont be buying anything from them again. P.s. if you a good coder and can make code to win 20-30 items on their R2R sales, you can save some money. A handful of guys automate purchases so no one else has a chance to buy them. They then turn around and sell them for a profit. Just like ticket scalping.... and WWC promotes and encourages this with these private sales. read more

This place is great. There are a lot of one star reviews but if you read them you will see that people are being a little short sighted about things and their expectations are a bit unrealistic. I live in Miami. There is a LFS every 15 feet. There is only one of them in my opinion (ocean view on bird) that stands up to WWC. The display tanks at WWC are impeccably clean and well marked. A lot of stores tend to have tanks full of coral and you spend hours saying "what's that?" Or "how much for that?" Not Here! Their fish selection isn't as impressive as their corals but that is ok for me. They have a decent selection and I have yet to see a dead or sick fish in one of their tanks. Pricing is good. They have high end stuff that is pricey but they also have $5 and $10 frags that are not complete garbage like some stores offer. They are just small. If you are patient, these lower priced corals are a great way to stock your tank. Customer service is great. I have dealt with them both in store and online and have yet to be disappointed. Bottom line - I have no qualms recommending them. Go for it. Be realistic, be patient. read more

Extremely Knowledgeable and friendly i really enjoy every time i go there just see the great variety of corals fish and tanks. The Health and Maintenance on this tanks are implacable. I have to say I am very disappointed with what WWC sent me for my money I ordered two mushrooms from their website one showed a beautiful reddish mushroom the other kind of like a pretty blue purple color when they both arrived the one I thought was red was a dull looking orange. The other was ALL GREEN TOTALLY A DISSAPOINTMENT I have never ordered any colors off line but figured I would give them a try but after this I will never I repeat never order any corals from these people again.
