I've been to this place a couple times because I like their wraps and the owners are nice. One of the ladies who I think is the owner noticed my name tag on my scrubs that said I was a registered nurse and offered me a discount. I've had no issues with this in the past, but today I went in to order and did let them know that I was a registered nurse. The guy who was watching the cashier asked if I worked around here which I do. They did not give me the nurse discount. When I told them I was an RN again he said its only for frontline workers because I work in a clinic. It was condescending and I felt very disrespected. Although I do not work in the hospital, I have been working throughout this whole pandemic as a nurse. Due to this experience, my coworkers and I will not be returning. read more

House made drinks are overpriced mostly ice and always taste watered down. Rice paper wrapped items are messy to eat all the time due to sauce or water content in the noodles. They take your tray or plate almost immediately after or when you get a few pieces of food left on your plate. This place just opened so they're customer service is awesome and the place was very clean. I got the tikka chicken masala wrap. My husband got the burrito bowl with bulgogi and shrimp. My wrap was okay nothing special. It tasted very different than what I usually eat . Usually with chicken tikka, they serve basmati rice but this came with brown rice and quinoa. The City Center Plaza was definitely a let down in my mind before I saw World Wrapps. When I explored the menu to see this place had teriyaki and Tikka Masala in their menu I was expecting a place with average food. Was I wrong! World Wrapps ended up being a healthy, delicious place with great service. I for myself ordered the Tikka Masala Wrap and the Teriyaki Wrap from the kids menu for my son. After ordering I went to take a seat and saw the staff sanitizing the table and seats. The Tikka Masala Wrap was awesome, the sauces used are making my mouth water right now. I also got the Pineapple Drink which tasted really fresh and is also definitely worth a try. I appreciated as how staff would come and check in with me as I was eating to see how everything was. That was something I didn't really expect from a more fast casual place.
