Occasionally we had the communication issues others are complaining about, but nothing too drastic. We have recently moved out of state and that's where all the issues start. Our current pediatrician reached out requesting electronic records for our three kids. The office called and let me know that there would be a fee for that. This is the first I've ever heard of a fee for providing a new doctor with records for continuity of care, and the only provider in Columbus that tried this when we moved. I asked what exactly the fee was for and was told "because we can". Now they refuse to provide the records unless I pay the fee. It's exploitive and an obvious attempt to penalize people for leaving the practice. The fee is nominal, but that's not the point. We have paid enough over 7.5 years to not nickel and dimed over moving for work. After an email from the office, about refusing to send records, I checked our account and they actually billed the account despite having not provided the records in question. How that's ethical I do not know!

We all visit him for our annual wellness visits and all the stuff in between. I get to use a patient portal to schedule appointments, send the doctor a message or ask a question and to make any payments. The office is also easy to access, right off Polaris Parkway near the corner of Maxtown amd Route 3. It's in a large building on the 2nd floor. The best thing about the visit is seeing the fish tank. The fish tank has all the characters of Nemo. Yes, it makes me feel like a kid again every time I see it.

With our infant in daycare we are no stranger to coughs/colds. Being able to text Dr. Sinclair during off hours in the mornings and evenings gives our family the comfort we need as new parents. The response time to messages is very quick, and we've even used photos and videos to help in diagnoses and treatments. We have gotten prescriptions ordered the same night (invaluable when dealing with a fussy baby) with in-office follow-ups the next morning. She asks US when we are available to come in, and it seems as though she cares for our infant as much as she would care for her own children. I cannot say enough for how amazing this service has been in the first month. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Dr. Sinclair!

However, after several years as patients here, we just received a letter telling us that they would no longer see our daughters because they have not received the Chickenpox vaccine!! Every parent should have conversations with their children's doctors and do careful research concerning vaccines. This particular vaccine is sourced from an unethical cell strain (from an aborted fetus). We weighed the risks and selected to avoid that vaccine. We feel like the practice has decided not to partner with the parents but to just push away anyone who doesn't go along with the "group think'. I am so disappointed by this practice. I feel bad for the level headed doctors and nurses who were overruled by the tyrrany of the majority. We will miss seeing them! If you want to have a say in your child's medical care, avoid this practice. I am editing this to add that we received a third letter, certified mail, signature required, telling us that our son (7 months old) would also no longer be seen by his doctor. I am surprised that more people haven't been commenting about this. To use scare tactics like get every vaccine according to the very rigid CDC guidelines or get out is a hard stance. Different kids have different needs. I'm certain at this point that it boils down to money. My heart goes out to the parents and kiddos at this practice. Be aware that they may not have your children's best interests in mind. You must be your child's advocate!

When they diagnosed my son with ADHD and I raised concerns, they listened, and supported me in getting a second opinion (I found someone independently who agreed with the doctor). One of the nurse's child was yelling loudly and he came over to me and was touching my toddler and i kindly asked him to stop but he ignored me and kept doing it. Then my 7 year old was being checked by a doctor she looked away and at me for just a second and the doctor yelled at her to stop being a bad kid. And my kids are not getting the coronavirus vaccine but the nurse kept trying to bribe my kid with a Princess sticker and was being rude to me because I was shutting it down. And I forgot to mention that in the waiting room they played dance moms and there were so many curse words and I don't want my daughters to be exposed to that. Overall it was an awful place and I am never going back again.
