By the time they did arrive, the party was more than half way over so we sent them away. There just wasn't any point in having them set it up since the kids would've been able to jump for maybe 30 minutes and then it would have been time to break everything down. I have not received any response from the owner regarding the refund of my deposit or even so much as an apology. My son, meanwhile, is extremely disappointed that he wasn't able to have his inflatable.

I was truly amazed by the use of the space, (which I included catering, dj, and a photographer in), and how beautiful everything turned out. There was no lottering, littering, or dangerous circumstances in nor near the hall, which makes it a comfortable rental place. It is also required that security be present for all night time events, which is comforting. Hubby was very surprised and happy with the set up and party and for that it was all well worth it.
