I was told over the phone that the cleaning would take about 6 hours, so I rearranged my entire day and rescheduled other contractors to make sure the house would be available. The cleaning team did not arrive all at once. They trickled in and the last person arrived around 9:00 AM. They were finished by 10:15 AM. What was supposed to take 6 hours took only an hour and fifteen minutes. That was my first red flag. When I came home I noticed that the floors had only been vacuumed, not mopped. I had paid extra for an oven cleaning, but the front of the stainless steel oven was still dirty. They wiped around small items on the countertops instead of moving them to clean properly. There was visible dust under the couch and in other easy-to-reach areas. To their credit, the walkways looked clean and they did vacuum. But overall it felt rushed and incomplete. I reached out afterward and they did offer to come back and fix the issues, but by then I had already hired another company to do the job right. This was my first time using Castle Keepers and unfortunately it will be my last.

I can tell you now they went well above and beyond what they said. They came and did a deep clean on my house and the next morning. I honestly felt like I was in a new home. Everything was shiny clean smelled good. I was honestly amazed at what Josh and Kaylee did. They did way more than what they told me they were gonna do during their estimate call. So I'm telling you now if you want to trustworthy people to come clean your house and actually clean it to the point to where it looks new you will talk to these two people and get an estimate. I can 100% promise you you'll be glad you did. It's been over a week since my deep clean and I still look around my house in amazement at how clean my shelves and all the little knickknacks that are on them are because they were absolutely covered in an inch of dust.
