We dropped off an empty case the day before we left for a 10 day vacation. The store called me to tell me the situation and I asked to have manager/owner call me. The next day the employee called again and I told her that I was waiting on manager/owner to call me. She told me the owner said there was no reason for them to call me. I'm not upset about the fee, but I am upset about the owner not willing to call a customer. Redbox will get all of my business going forward!
