The best decision I ever made for my baby! The staff are awesome and Natalie was AMAZING! She's a true artist she made my sons head perfectt!! As you can see in the picture. She's also very professional and kind and great with babies! The whole process from start to finish went so smoothly. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. My pediatrician noticed my baby's head was flat at the back and he transferred me to this office for a helmet. He wore a helmet on February at 4 months old until May at almost 8 months old. He wore the helmet for almost 4 months. If you're looking to get a helmet for your baby please do. It will be so worth it I promise. 10/10 would recommend this place. read more

I was fitted for a custom Arizona braces. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, not having a clue what I was getting. Sean was very patient, kind and informative about the casting process. When the braces came in, Natalie gave me a wealth of information on wearing them, taking care of and adjusting to them. She answered my countless questions and took away any doubts I may have had. Was at Wright & Fillippis, Hall Rd site a few days ago. The person making my appt. was excellent. She answered my questions, gave me explicit directions, checked to see if they carried the product, and also whether my insurance covered this item and informed me of the self-pay cost. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and told someone would be with me shortly. My initial phone contact and the first person to greet me I believe was MaryCarol. Wait time was about 10 minutes. The wait room was clean, neat and everyone followed the Covid rules. While waiting there was about four clients that came in with and without appointments. Two walk-in clients were directed to another medical supply company (which they did name for them) because one product they did not carry and the other person's insurance co. had a contract only with another supply house. My tech, Emily, was helpful, answered my questions, was pleasant and knowledgeable. Only reason that I gave four stars instead of five is that the exam room I was in needed a clean-up in a few areas. As a retired RN I notice things like this and the tech was informed. I would definitely use this location again. read more

this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They have the worst customer service, disconnect your call when they don't want to answer your questions and they scam you for more money by holding out completing your order until the next insurance deductible so you have to pay more out of pocket. read more

Would not recommend to any one... Took my daughter there to get a knee brace, they did not have in stock. They said will have to order and will have in 1 week, called 6 days later and said brace was discontinued. Now have to wait another week to get a different one ordered. I don't understand how a company can order something and not know its unavailable to get anymore for almost a week and then have to wait another week to get a different one ordered. Went to Binson"s on Scheonherr and was taken care of immediately and all staff were pleasant and knew what they where doing. Save yourself a lot of time and headache just go to Binson's first. read more
