They don't pull teeth unnecessarily, nor do they fail to do root canals before a crown. I've had that procedure and had the root canal first. People cannot neglect their dental hygiene for years then blame the dentist. The quality is above reproach by anyone-BUT I do go every six months so they can spot what if anything is going on. This is the most dedicated group of people I've ever worked with for dental care from the receptionist to the dentist. They really do care and ALWAYS go the extra mile to be sure everything it correct.

I scheduled my New Patient appointment over a month ago, come to find out that the young lady I booked the appointment with didn't save my phone number, so the appointment wasn't confirmed due to her error, as I'm driving to the appointment which I live 30 minutes away, I called while I was in route to the office, I spoke to someone who had the audacity to tell me that my appointment was moved because I didn't confirm the appointment, this is ridiculous. the office made a mistake of not saving my phone number.
