Brooke called my wife earlier this year and we figured with the Covid mess perhaps this was the cause for the change. This year Brooke did personally call me and go over the return and seemed to be her old extremely efficient self. She told me she was pursuing the Edward Jones side of the business and her staff would be taking over many of the accounts. The charge for my pretty much standard return was $492.00. I asked the person behind the counter why it was so much, she gave me a blank look and said the computer figured up all charges and she did not know.
