Customer service sucks. I've had this service for the last past 10 years in the beginning I asked for automatic delivery but they said they would have to see how much I used. never received, so I was told to call when it hit 30lbs so I did no real problem for about 5 years then they told me to call when it hit 20lbs not ask but with attitude to the point I was insulted. the following winter I had called to schedule a fill up during this time we had a snow storm which shut down our power for about a week my scheduled fill up was pushed about a week leaving me with no propane by the time they came. so now here we are again I called when it hit 20 just like they asked me to winter no mind you nights dropping down in the teens and they give me 8 days till next fill up oh okay I'll be without heat 3 days before they come. They say I could get a special order, but that means I would have to pay extra. Why would I have to pay extra if I've done exactly what they've told me to do. Have never missed a payment read more
